Dr. Ding is the most impatient doctor I have ever seen. Every time she didn’t give me a chance to explain my feeling on my disease and always interrupted me to stop the interview earlier. I have to transfer to see other primary doctor now. I hope Dr. Ding will be more patient to her patients. To make your patients satisfied then you succeed.
I was travelling in the United States when I suddenly had to see a doctor. Dr. Ding’s office staff was very helpful after finding out that I had a travel insurance. They spent lots of time on the phone with my insurance from overseas to make sure I was covered for my medication and my visit. Once everything was ready, I saw Dr. Ding. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and because I was a new patient, she spent lots of time on listening to my medical history. She also made sure she had all my medical records from overseas before making a definitive diagnosis. After the visit, she made sure I knew where I could get my medication refills and scheduled a followup for me to see her again in 3 weeks to make sure the treatment was working.
My whole family chose Dr. Ding, we like her, especially my Mom, Dr. Ding was very understanding and listens to her concerns. She's also kind and friendly. Her team was great, they respond our request quick and very helpful! Thanks Dr. Ding and her team!
Extremely awful experience. I have been a patient here for many years and I have to wait 1 hour + Every Single Time. It doesn’t matter if I have appointment or not, I have to wait extremely long to see the doctor. I don’t know the order they let the patient in, but I don’t think it’s ok for someone who had appointment 30 minutes later than me actually got out of the office sooner than me. If the patient is late for their appointment more than 15 minutes you can’t let them in, but why as a patient, i’m on time but i need to wait for the provider for more than an hour every time? We all have our schedule but why the doctor doesn’t respect their patient but requests the patient to respect their schedule all the time? No apology from anyone in the office and they look like they don’t give a shxt. As a pcp’s office, if you don’t have enough providers, then you don’t the capability like the specialist to double book your appointment. Also, it is ridiculous that the doctor doesn’t allow the patient to ask questions on their annual physical exam appointment.
If I can give her a minus star, I would. She is the most inpatient doctor I have never met. She’ll always say to you, I’m very busy and not even have time to read your testing report. I wonder what kind of medical school would teach their students to treat the patient with so much careless and ignorant attitude! Go to this doctor and experience this phenomenon by yourself … omg !
Let everyone be warned: Dr Ding finds any excuse to not sign a death certificate for a former patient a family member of mine, causing added grief by delaying the funeral and adding costs to our already large financial burden. A doctor is supposed to "do no harm" - this doctor evidently does not know how to abide by this oath.
I always feel welcomed at Dr. Ding's office, the office staff is very professional and Dr. Ding always takes the time to answer my questions. I usually receive my referral within a couple days of my visit. Thank you Dr. Ding!
Dr Ding is a very warm heart family doctor. Office nurses help me and my wife to obtain lab result almost immediately after my request. I have no problem to get specialist doctor's referral from Dr Ding. I have seen she care about her patients all the time when I visited her office.
Dr. Ding is a warm hearted doctor who cares about her patients, she listens to her patients and gives very clear instructions! Office staff is also very friendly!
