I am a Sumner County native, Gallatin High School graduate and Realtor since 2005. I know and love living and working in the exciting and fast growing Nashville area!
We have all heard the phrase….”it is not a job if you love what you do”. It is totally true! My real estate business isn’t just about the job of selling real estate….it is about matching a family’s interests and lifestyle to a special home or community. No client is the same, no objective is the same and I always love the challenge! It helps too that I live in an area north of Nashville where we have a great mix of new construction, established subdivisions, farm land and lake/golf communities that can “wow” even the tallest family wish list.
After working as a Buyer’s Agent for two years, I began my own real estate business in 2007. I was not only driven to do business in a way that would attract clients and close deals…I was committed to finding a way to be the Realtor that clients remembered in a positive way. To me, a pleasant memory of their real estate experience as a first time home buyer, a relocation client or a senior that is downsizing is the ultimate reward for a job well done. As a new Realtor in a difficult market, I set out to establish excellent customer service and win each client over by keeping it simple and most importantly…..making each client’s transition FUN!
As an Inside Sales Manager for many years prior to real estate, I was well aware of the importance of proactively addressing details before they become a problem. So, to keep it simple, I relayed this knowledge to real estate and strive to use each step in a transaction as an opportunity to teach clients and help them make decisions with confidence. Applying my business experience was a great start, but making the move to Coldwell Banker Barnes in 2009 and utilizing all the amazing tools they offered was what helped make my job look simple! Ultimately, real estate is my fulltime job, but when I help clients be more informed and self-assured…it makes time we spend together a lot of FUN!
I love my family, traveling every chance we get, Old Hickory Lake and showing clients all there is to love about Sumner County.
