Attorneys Lee, Eadon, Isgett, Popwell, and Owens, P.A. is a plaintiff/claimant-oriented trial practice firm that focuses on representing people who have suffered personal injuries or wrongful death. These injuries may result from automobile accidents, defective products, or the professional negligence of health care providers. Injuries that occur on the premises of others, including animal attacks, are also handled by the firm. We also represent claimants in Workers’ Compensation cases and Social Security disability applications.
In addition, Attorneys Lee, Eadon, Isgett, Popwell, and Owens, P.A. has expertise in first party insurance disputes, also known as Bad Faith cases. In these types of cases, the recovery arises from the wrongful handling or denial of claims made by people who are covered under contracts of insurance. Most often, these are life insurance policies where premiums have been paid and benefits are delayed or denied upon the death of the insured.
Our firm also handles selected criminal defense cases.
