My family and I have had the opportunity to work with Norm Tahan & Leisure World Travel Agency on many occasions. Most recently - Norm booked our flights and vacation to Aruba. Everything was perfect and we especially appreciated the great arrangements at the airport traveling with my mom who is 90!! Thank you Norm for going the extra distance for us!! I - we can't wait to book our next vacation through You & Leisure World Travel!!

This guy regularly harasses people on resort Facebook pages while trying to promote his business. On multiple occasions I've seen him go from 0 to 11 in temper if people don't immediately back what he says so I can't imagine things going well if you have to report any issues with your booking. Also his advertised prices are not competitive

Highly Recommend this place for booking your next trip. Norm did everything to make this a non stressful trip. Each detail was taken care of and his recommendations were spot on. He really went the extra mile to make sure my family had a wonderful experience at Universal in Orlando.

Norm at leisure world travel is the best / he walked us through every detail of the trip / he was prompt to answer every question with every option / he didn’t just sell a trip he saw it through from the beginning to the end / his expertise are something you can’t get from an online service / His costs are very reasonable/ so happy we found an awesome travel agent / and we had the funnest trip ever with a live person back home to rely on :

Small parking lot. Call first to make sure he is in. Worked with us on booking family vacation for nine members to Disney.

Calling someone back about your rudeness is disgusting unprofessional i will not be bringing in my business what a grump !
