I have spoken with Mr. Raphael Davis on a few different occasions. He was very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable regarding the lemon law. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my case, I was unable to hire him for my particular lemon law case. But, I would highly recommend him, and I would truly love to use him as my attorney, if I have a need for him in the future. I was having car issues with my old Inifinity and the dealer was giving me the run around, as well as consumer affairs from Nissan USA. It wasn't until I reached out to Lemon Aid and had the pleasure of speaking with Raphael that things started to change. He guided me to the steps I should take, and what to look for when going to the dealer to report my issues. I was finally able to go through the consumer affairs and did not need to open a case with Lemon Aid. However, even though there was no case Raphael helped and gave me advice all the way through. The last thing I wanted to add to the months long issue with my car  was to hire a lawyer. I knew I wanted a fighter who was not looking for a quick fee and to move on, so when I saw Raphael was an MMA fighter I thought he deserved a call. I was fortunate to connect with Raphael Davis & Lemon-Aid Legal, APC firm on my lemon law need. I had purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey 2022 model; the came had a manufacturing flaw that the dealer attempted to fix many times in the first three months but could not fix. He always answered when I called with questions and was always prompt to respond to my emails. The return of the vehicle was easy, and I got my settlement funds the next day. The process started in late April, and he could get the entire case settled and get me the money back by October, which is fantastic. Raphael at Lemon-aid was very helpful and helped me get all my money back from the manufacturer. He answered all my initial questions and always picked up the phone. I could not of asked for better results. The call and consultation is free and the attorney fees are paid by the manufacturer separately so there is nothing to lose. Highly highly recommend.
