Donnavin is the best. Helped my son last year with glasses as well as sunglasses. Today’s visit was great. He is quite personable and very knowledgeable about the product. Explained any details I had questions about. He made me confident in my choices. Great guy to work with and always a pleasure.
All of the staff was more than awesome. They got me into the Doctor’s area and I was able to get right in with an exam and contact fitting. After that all was done they got me a great sales person who was an assistant manager. He looked up and explained my insurance benefits to me and I went around and found some options. He definitely helped me find the best options that worked well for my face shape. Beyond satisfied for the entire process and all the employees that I had contact with.
Debbie was great to deal with. She’s is overall so friendly and very welcoming. I’m glad I came here for my glasses. She took the time to make sure I received the right lens just for me and even told me about new lens they have that I never heard about for the same price. The eye doctor Nicole was amazing as well. She made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time during my exam and loved to hear about your dogs. I recommend anyone looking for prescription glasses to come here. Thank you everyone for your help at this wonderful establishment

Dr. Stochla is very thorough and caring.. She explaining in detail of my eyes condition. It's really comforting talking to her. I definitely recommend her to everyone....
Deb is absolutely fabulous. My husband and I are both very difficult to fit our bifocals and I have a prism so I'm complicated. She is amazing. She got it all spot on perfect with our measurements and she is so friendly and cheerful. Thanks for a great experience

When we were searching for eyewear in our area, we came across some great reviews for Lenscrafters. One of which talked about an employee, Deb. We specifically went there and asked for her to help us pick frames for my glasses prescription. Deb was so personable, helpful, and super friendly. She answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us to make sure everything went smoothly. If we could rate Deb, she would definitely be a 5 star! The only negative on Lenscrafters, was there was only one frame in the type of frame I was looking for. <><
I came to Lens Crafters to see if they could help me with my replacement lenses that I ordered from Sunglass Hut. Deborah was an absolute sweet heart in trying to be careful and replace the lenses to my favorite pair of sunglasses. After some careful fiddling with no luck, she ran back to the back so the lab tech could replace my lenses. After a short time, they replaced my lenses and I’m happy to have my favorite sunglasses ready to wear again! Thank you Lens Crafters!
