Friendliest and most helpful place in town. This old build is beautiful and so are the people who work there. Very helpful, kind and courteous.

Mayor is a not very nice guy. look at the video on YouTube of him just being completely rude to members of the public

WOW! Service here is A+++ I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike from DPW what a gentleman! Returned my call, friendly, understandable, resolved my issue and followed through with next steps! Thanks again Mike! Carol from the billing department was amazing as well! Followed through on a call for the issue we were having, sent the needed paperwork and very friendly! I work with many many city halls this one made top three for SURE!

What a nice building with friendly staff. Everyone is there and willing to help,  and it's easy enough to go in and get what you need and get out.  Parking lot is a little cramped,  but given the location,  you can't blame anyone for that.

Everything went awesome I enjoyed it that Johnny Appleseed there was good everything was so nice there I had a lot of fun I like to come again next year

We performed a job for the School in town, Leominster Public Schools- Francis Drake. They never paid their balance $282.65 I called the town and spoke to Michelle and we never heard back. We called a few times and their mailbox has been full. I do not recommend doing business in this town!

Ellen is super amazing very good at helping find resources and help with assistance for a single mother of two I am so happy with the services here

Terrible BOH department should be more concerned updating trash removal ordinance, than a lighting ordinance. Totally ridiculous. Some residents waste our tax dollars bugging that department for a lighting issue.
