Walk in to the store with my family last week, we met Hailey. She came to us with warm greetings, we felt like an old friend saying hello to us. After a short conversation, she find out what we need and the questions we have regarding the products, She helped us found exactly what we are looking for, answered all the questions we have, even took extra effort helping us arrange the best time for delivery, solve all the problem for us. We are really appreciate her time and effort. It’s enjoyable time to have her assist us for furniture our new home. Definitely recommend her to whom may looking for new furniture or appliances for their new home. Thank you so much for all your help Hailey!!!! Keep it up !!!
Haley is very nice sales person! She helped me today in my purchase of accessories, she is super friendly and patient! I am really happy with my accessories since they have 50% or more on a very big collection not just the displayed ones! Thanks Haley for your help! : Will definitely come to her for my furniture in future!
After having the worst customer journey for my purchase and delivery with this store, I am facing an even worse customer service experience. I have been trying to have a call with the store for the whole week, but all calls went to the voice mail. I have used the web chat, and the agent said she would post a note to the store to give me a callback. I have been hanging there for the last four days. This review is just for those looking to do business with this store and brand. Please save time and money and take your business to the store that could support you during and after your purchase, not those that are there with you up to the payment completion point.
What a nightmare of my shopping experience at Leon’s Furniture? My kids’ would like to have the same twin beds for their bedroom as they would like to match the colour and style.The salesperson told me that there is only one brand-new in stock somewhere in Canada, so I ordered the brand-new one together with one that displayed at the shop. He promised me to have both twin beds that shipped to my house at the same time. Once it’s ready, I booked the appointment and they confirmed me everything is good. Unfortunately, the day before delivery I was informed that only one twin bed will be delivered. I kept asking the reason, their reply was the brand-new one is from warehouse and the display one is from the showroom. Then, I explained to them the customer service staff confirmed two twin beds delivery together while booking. They refused to help and insisted I have to rescheduled another day for the other twin bed. At the end, I needed to contact the salesperson directly by myself to resolve the problem. When I tried to assemble the twin beds with my husband, we found that the brand-new one was damaged like in the photos. I sent all photos to the shop and told the salesperson within 48 hours after receiving the products. Below is the automatic email reply from them. “Thank you for contacting Leon's Furniture , Richmond. Your request is received and will be responded in the order it was received. You will receive resolution within 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience.” After waiting for 5 business days without any response from Leon’s Furniture, I can’t wait anymore and call them and their reply was “Sorry, nobody takes care of your case.” OMG! The customer service associate said my twin bed cannot be repaired and they can help me to do the return and refund. I explained to them in case the technician confirmed there is no way to fix it, I would like to have refund of both twin beds. Then, they asked me to visit the showroom again to see if I like another style of twin bed or not. On the coming Sunday, we came to the shop with our kids again, but we discovered that there is no other twin bed available. We spent 30 minutes in front of the customer care counter, they just requested us keep on waiting. We thrived hard to let them know we want two same style twin beds for the kids, but not only one. Spending approximately 20 minutes discussion with the customer service supervisor, she confirmed to return & refund both twin beds. I scheduled the pick-up date on the following Sunday right away and provided my credit card information for their processing. Before the original pickup date, I didn’t receive the text message regarding the pickup time slot, I knew that something went wrong on their end. I called the shop again, their reply was “The booking didn’t confirm, nobody will come to take the twin beds tomorrow. Someone changed the schedule for you Without customer confirmation, the appointment is full already, but I can help you to book another date.” This is another experience that everything is confirmed, however, they changed it by themselves only. Once they took away the twin beds, I kept checking my credit card account to see if they have refunded the money to me or not. One week later, I contacted them asking about the money, they said they did not have my credit card information, that’s why they are not able to proceed the refund. I was angry and asked “ If I didn’t call you, will you contact me requesting the payment details. I have been waiting for a week, it seems like your company does not want the money back to the customer instead of just no credit card information.” That lady didn’t say anything then. I would like to share these horrible memories to those people who are thinking to purchase furniture from Leon’s Furniture. Customer care actually is not care and not supportive to the customer. Extremely time consuming and frustrating to deal with the customer service & sales staffs. Never ever come again and I would like to give 0 star if possible!
Leon’s is really one of the greatest shops for furniture, home appliances with affordable and reasonable prices. Besides, the service that I got from employee Yasser Hassan was great, fast and beyond my expectations. It’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to get his house modern, decent and trustworthy solid materials furniture and appliances. Not to mention the after sale service and follow up that impressed me and carried me to write this feedback. Thanks Leon’s
Yasser was an absolute delight in navigating the store and the different furniture options. He was incredibly friendly, personable, supportive, and informative. Update: A few months after my initial purchase, I followed up with Yasser to add two more chairs to my new dining set. The process went incredibly smoothly and he arranged for a future pick up time. Thank you so much once again!
Don’t lose your money, don’t buy at this store! I bought a matress but the store never called me confirming the delivery time. Of course when they delivered the matress I was not at home. The store, and the seller never helped me find a solution. They just assured deliver my matress within 1 week extra.
Did a purchase through their website, had a problem with processing that and re paid for the order at the store. They told me that we will get a refund for our first payment in 5 business days. Now its almost a month and that never happened and whenever I called them they told me that it will happen on the coming Saturday which never happened till now! Refund the customer money shouldn't take a month. What kind of business is that?
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This store is the worst! I had the worst customer experience, they gave up my order to someone else blamed it on manufacturer, despite 8 weeks passed their promised delivery date i still don't have an order, and they're asking me to wait 4 more weeks! when i told the store i might add a couple of chairs to my order without my knowledge and final confirmation they placed it right away and charged my account but when i asked where my current order was i never got an answer! I am disappointed and I tried to be patient but for 8 weeks they lied and confirmed my order and cancelled for 3 times! still asking me to wait and disrespect my intellect! never offered a resolution, never gave me an honest answer how it'd happened and never apologized either! gosh! are they even running a business? or too tired to look after customers!? I have started paying for an order that I do not have!
We went to Leon's at Richmond and we were assisted by Hayley. She was exceptional and really paid attention to our needs. What we particularly liked about her was that she was focused on addressing our requirements, provided numerous options, and more importantly, she was not pushy and allowed us time to choose and weigh our options. Thank you for being amazing, Hayley!
