They kept me informed about delivery times and i received it earlier then expected. Thank you for that. I love my sofa bed and very comfortable not to firm and not to soft. The fabric feels great. My husband and I bought a beautiful sofa bed and love seat from the Woodstock store. David was friendly and very helpful in helping us to decide. Can't wait to get it delivered and decorate our new look in our living room.
We have purchased a Television, Lazy Boy furniture and a Kingsdown mattress set. We are very happy with our purchases. Our mattress set was not as we expected and they promptly replaced it with a plush model. Our Lazy Boy love seat and recliner are awesome
I went to Leon’s Woodstock on a Monday to purchase a new mattress and my sales associate Tyler was great. He was professional, personable and made the whole process quick and smooth. The mattress was delivered by that Wednesday morning by 2 delivery guys that were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly, efficient and clean. Both took their shoes off at the door, made sure I was happy with the placement of the mattress and cleaned up all the packaging. I can’t praise the tracker app enough. It notified me of the where abouts and timing of my delivery so I was able to be home and prepared for the delivery. I have bought from Woodstock Leon’s in the past with great experience with other sales associates also and will continue to return for future purchases.
Had a wonderful and easy experience with Woodstock Leon’s a couple weeks ago. Rhonda was helpful and kind while assisting us with our needs. With our follow up questions Tiffany was amazing. Extremely professional, courteous, and timely with her return call. It was overall a great experience that left us extremely satisfied. We are thrilled with our new couch!
Great service. I was helped immediately as I came into the store but not pressured by staff. I found a great deal on a used set of nesting tables. Great to support a Canadian owned store also.
Right now I can only review my experience at the store. My husband and I bought swivel/glider/recliners and our needs were understood and met by Sébastien. Looking forward to receiving them and I will write a review after delivery. Thank you
The customer service, especially with Carlos and Rhonda, was impeccable. Both were incredibly thoughtful and attentive in trying to help me purchase a couch, especially after I had troubling experiences at other corporate Leon's stores. This Leon's store is different -- it's family owned, so the way it's managed provides a much more pleasant, comfortable, and joyful shopping experience. 10/10 I would support this Leon's location versus others to proudly support a family-owned business. Thank you Carlos and Rhonda for making my first experience purchasing furniture for my first home a great one.
Arrived late on Friday night and needed to purchase a bed and sofa. I was really impressed with the efficiency and quality of service in meeting our needs with short notice. I will definitely shop at Leon’s again. I would also like to recommend Shawn as an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson.
