Beautiful and very clean! My fiancé is there and is being treated like GOLD! The level of care that this facility instills in the staff here is absolutely outstanding. They are genuinely loving and have a sense of urgency. I thank them greatly and highly recommend this facility.
Trying to get nurse but button not working properly and toilet not cleaned like hospital should mild and mildew around rim 3 rd floor lerner
Absolutely terrible patient care—no communication between doctors, nurses, care coordinators, and administrators, and every day it’s a new team of people. You had better be your own patient advocate, no one there will be—it’s like they are milking the insurance companies rather than treating your health conditions
The ninth floor Learner tower medical staff is so awesome. The nurses work very hard caring for our loved ones. Nursing assistant work hard right along with the nurses. Doctors responds very quickly when nurses are reaching them even if family has questions or concerns. Over all our family feels our father is in the right place for the care he needs at this time. You can go home at night and rest knowing your loved one is being cared for.
The Neurological Intensive Care unit on the 4th floor have a very good team working. Nurse Jillian recently took care of my loved one and she's very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you all for your amazing work. God bless you all.
Just had a Tonsillectomy last Friday at UH Lerner Tower. Great experience, great patient care, always informed, and felt at ease with my surgical team. Dr. Nicole Fowler did a great job. Would highly recommend UH, in and out in about 3 hours.
I was not a patient but was there visiting family. I would recommend UH. Top notch doctors, most nurses very courteous and caring. Clean facility.
Lerner tower is one of the wings of University hospital main campus in Cleveland
My 83 year old mother broke her hip and was seen there to receive a partial hip replacement. They took good care of her and she was up and moving before you knew it. Thank you UH
I don't like going to the hospital, but the facility is beautiful. The building is extremely large and a bit confusing to navigate at first. Bring walking shoes, lol. Once you know where you are going it gets easier.
