The bread here is amazing the conchitas are so good.. & soft must get here at the right time when they come out fresh and are warm they sell out fast haven’t tried their bolillo but I see others taking large quantity’s and also it sells out quick… a must try check them out
Loved the bread hear. It continues to be amazing. Unfortunately the variety has gotten so limited that I sometimes think it's not worth it. The bolillo is still amazing. The girls in the front on the other hand seem so uptight and rude the majority of the time and that is why I only go when I can't send someone else

If I can give this place a higher rating, I definitely would. The bread here is so soft and it’s always fresh. The conchas were so soft that when I picked up the first one I accidentally squished it. This is without a doubt, the best bread in Fontana. This is also the bread I’ve ever tried in my life. The earlier you come here the better, you’ll see.
This is the best bakery in the inland empire. Bread is always fresh. I drove from the 210 in rialto for the bread.

I will never return to this bakery ever again, the cashier and staff is so rude. My Spanish isn't great but I can get by, however on this particular day I was asking the cashier for a tray and tongs and I didn't know how to translate that in Spanish so I gestured it to her. She said to me "I don't speak English" in Spanish. So I gestured again with my hands for the tongs and when she gave me the tongs, she told another customer in Spanish "you would think that grabbing the tongs and tray yourself is logical". I was so taken back because I wasn't aware of the protocol and I didn't see the tongs because they had been stashed being the register. I chose to ignore her comment and just grabbed my pan dulce when I suddenly hear her tell another customer "if you come in here you need to talk to me in Spanish, none of this English stuff, it's ridiculous she's shopping in here and doesn't know Spanish". At this point I contemplated just leaving my tray and walking out but it was 6:55 in the am and I didn't feel like arguing with someone so ignorant. I was also purchasing this pan dulce for my office and didn't have time to go somewhere else. I chose to be the bigger person, pay for my stuff and leave. I would never be so disrespectful to my customers, let alone ignorant like she was. I will be reporting them to the health department as well, as one of their staff had smelled like cigarette smoke as they were preparing the bread. This whole establishment is unacceptable. If your the cashier lady reading this "Espero que aprendas inglés y aprendas a tratar mejor a tus clientes."
