Trusts & Estates, Business & Asset Protection Attorneys Specializing in Planning for Families w/ Young Children. Great Families PLAN for Great Futures!
You have worked hard all your life to accumulate personal assets and we at Marenco Law want to ensure that you pass on your legacy to you family, at the right time and in the manner you desire, rather than have your hard-earned assets be consumed by estate taxes, creditors and probate expenses.
I want every client to have the security of knowing that they have taken care of planning for their family in the very best possible way. I strive to foster a long-term relationship with clients in order to develop a plan ensuring that their family will be taken care of the way that they want even if they are not able to.
I charge only flat fees agreed to in advance; so clients can call with an update or changes to their circumstances without getting a surprise bill in the mail.
I communicate with my clients regularly via emails, newsletters and phone calls so that I can help clients keep their plans current with their changing family, assets, and the forever changing law. A plan that is done once, stuck in a drawer and never looked at again is not going to be the best plan to take care of one's family when it is most needed. Some attorneys merely prepare documents for their clients once and don’t follow up over time and don’t make sure their clients assets are titled properly. We aren’t like that. Of course I draft documents such as Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, family Limited Partnerships. These legal documents are a necessity, but they are a byproduct of my relationship with my clients.
Estate Planning is as complex and varied as the people it serves. It is multi-dimensional and must be geared in a sensitive manner to the achievement of a variety of objectives: Wealth preservation and asset protection; avoidance of probate; elimination or reduction of estate taxes; prevention against the erosion of retirement savings accounts to unnecessary taxes and management of assets in the event of illness or incapacity, to name but a few.
Our lawyers come from a broad range of personal backgrounds and legal experiences. We rely on the knowledge of our entire team of attorneys to resolve your legal matter. At Marenco Law, we know that hiring a lawyer is something that most people try to avoid. Our goal is to make your legal experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.
Once your estate plan is in place, you will have peace of mind knowing that you have provided for yourself and your family no matter what happens.
