Lethal Body Health and Fitness is an up and coming fitness label with focal points on pole fitness, a fun alternative way to exercise. Our mission is to help create an overall healthy lifestyle by developing a balance through Physical, Occupational, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Environmental and Emotional wellness, P.O.I.S.S.E.E.

1. Where are you located?
Lethal Body Health and Fitness classes are held at 120 3rd ave Neptune City, NJ.
BUT the uniqueness about us is that we also come to you! Yes, Lethal Body will travel to your home, club or any venue of your choice!
2. How much are your pole classes?
Form Skill and Technique
Basic Intake $10 ( 1st class )
Beginner and Intermediate $15
Advance and Excelled $20.
Private lessons are $30 Semi Privates are $50
Private class for you and a group of friends $18 pp
Private lessons can be schedule at any time in convenience with you and instructor.
A pre payment via PayPal is required to official book a class or party.

3. When are pole classes held?
Fridays
6:30pm and 7:45pm Form Skill and Technique
Sunday upon request.
4. How long are the classes?
Each class is 60 minutes long, this includes private lessons.
5. What should I wear/ bring to class?
It is important that you feel comfortable, but we suggest less clothing for optimal performances.
Ideally, shorts and a form fitting tank. Absolutely NO body oils or lotions. This will prevent you from maintaining an adequate grip on the pole. Please remove all rings and bracelets before class. No over sized earring and/or necklaces. This is to prevent injury to you and the pole.
Heels may be worn but are completely optional.
It is a good idea to bring a bottle of water (bottles will be sold in class for $1) and a hand towel.
If there is any favorite song that makes you move, feel free to bring that along to share with the class.
6. What is the maximum weight limit to use your poles?
We use free standing poles manufactured by Platinum Stages. As per their guidelines we suggest no more than 275lbs.
7. How do I book a class?
Contact me via phone or text 732.644.1480 or email [email protected] with the date, time and names of those attending within 24 hours of class. It has become an issue that individuals are booking classes but are not giving proper notice if they need to cancel, if they are running late, or need to reschedule. This is unfair to clients who really want to attend. Due to the ongoing problem a deposit/ or full payment is required ahead of time to officially book class. This can be done in cash or through a secure payment method using PayPal. All deposits will go towards your class. If proper notice is not given in cases of cancellation , a forfeit of your deposit may be in result.
For first time students, we ask that you please arrive at lease 10 minutes prior to class to fill out necessary paper work,

8. Do you offer in pole parties?
Yes! Our basic packages begin at $175 for 2 hours up to 6 people (*additional guest fee)at our location. Package includes refreshments (1 bottle champaign, fresh fruit, cheese platter), decoration, lesson/routine, lighting, costumes, accessories, games and prizes plus a gift bag for the guest of honor or host. Traveling pole parties start at $ 200 which includes everything as above with a portable pole setup.
"Wine around the Pole," is a 3 hour party. Includes a 4-6 bottles of wine to taste for 6 guest. Included will be food pairings, wine glass painting, and of course pole lessons! Lighting, decoration, accessories along with games and prizes are included. This package begins at $275 at our home location in Neptune starting at $300 if we travel to you.
* $15 per additional person.
You may add a professional photo shoot for an additional fee.
9. Are your poles available to rent?
Of course! Our portable poles are great for any event or party. No minimal or maximum ceiling height required! Set up and break down happens with minutes and can be placed anywhere.
