Lev was very helpful and a great person to consult with. He was a good righthand man. He is very flexible and whenever I had any inquiries, he was responsive to emails, calls and texts. We moved to New York couple of months ago and contacted Lev based in positive online reviews, and couldn't have more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult that we have imagined, Lev gave us excellent guidance. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Lev made it as painless and straight forward as possible. We highly recommend him!!!
We were very happy with the sale of our house. Lev's market analysis was spot on; we sold our house in ten days at above asking price with multiple offers. They generated a lot of interest with I believe 8 showings in the ten days and an open house with a lot of serious buyers. Lev handled the negotiations deftly to gain an above offer sale price. I believe other agents would have been happy to have an offer and pressured us to take it but he was patient and got an even better offer.
Lev was wonderful on the sale of our home. There were many ups and downs in the deal... good and bad and Jon went far beyond any Realtor would have. He set up extra meetings with the buyers and called our bank a million times for us..... he really made the "event" worth it. I would trust him in buying or selling a home and all the extras that come with it. Thank you so very much Lev.
Lev assist me in the home buying process. He go out of his way to schedule viewing of homes I qualify for. He assist me with a Real Estate attorney and a Mortgage broker. He is THE REAL DEAL.
