The Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, C.M., Institute for Civic Engagement was established in September of 2011 and is directed by David Taylor.
The Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, C.M., Institute for Civic Engagement acts as a primary resource for community members who are interested in partnering with Niagara University's students & faculty.
The Institute umbrellas Border Community SERVICE, Learn & Serve, ReNU Niagara and the Western New York Service Learning Coalition, four of NU’s flagship community minded programs. It also oversees numerous projects, including BOLD's Sandal Falls.
