The gentleman that helped the few times is always helpful and polite.  The only Levi’s store I will go to when I need jeans.

Clean, well organized, and well stocked. In women's jeans there wasn't as wide a variety of styles as you might find with other brands, but that's a criticism of Levi's in general, not this store.

I agree with the reviews. I won’t come back to this store. I came in to browse and a male employee said hi to me, but the female employee then embarrassed me and said - “ma’am, you can’t be here.” I was wondering what she was saying, but I saw that I walked in the middle aisle, which I found out was the cashier desks.  I said my apologies, but the way she loudly said it embarrassed me. Put a divider on the cashier desks next time - it looks confusing the way they are currently.

Went in with my family to buy jeans for my daughter. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, helping us find sizes for a particular style. Dressing rooms are open allowing you to try on the clothes before purchase. Had a sale so the jeans thankfully dropped in price, $98 Levi’s, I guess I showing my age remembering when they were $35.

I have struggled with finding a good quality, nice-fitting pair of jeans for many years! I went to the Levi store for the first time and had amazing help from Young Sun! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Definitely will be coming back anytime I need more jeans!

I strongly dislike going to the mall. But occasionally, when I go to the mall not looking to come back for another 5 or 6 years.  Went in to Levi's to specifically purchase several Jean's.  Walked in 3 associates were talking. Waited for them to finish their conversation. I asked for assistance & one of the girl pointed, "they're over there". Took my business else where.  At that moment I realized, should've gone to the one in Georgetown where I had purchased my last pear of jeans, but issue with parking. Great customer service, knowledgable, & helpful.  Clearly the Associates forgot I had the options not to spend my money at this location.  Will never shop at this location again.

Went today around noon. Talked to a nice lady about  skinny jeans and she helped me out. I realized there was a 50% clearance and I asked her if she could help me find one the same size. The manager jumps in and tells me to look for it myself. She said that they would do the same thing I would do so I could just do it myself. The level of unprofessionalism was as low as it could possibly go. I am surprised this woman works in retail! That is why brick and mortar stores are closing. Not only are items more expensive, but the bitter employees scare customers away. Found similar jeans on Amazon for $60 less. Not worth putting up with that woman’s bitterness! Don't even bother visiting this store.

Very nice levis store I found what I was looking for. The girls that work there were very helpful  they help me to found my sizes.  I even get 20 % off for sing up on their website to get offers.

The people here are very rude and possibly discriminate against certain customers. I walked in and spoke and the employee at the front just looked at me and said nothing. Then when a white family came in behind me they were greeted and were asked if they needed help. Yes I left immediately and will not ever return. This was on 10/24 around 11:05am

I frequent this store and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always make sure to tell me about new style. I used to always buy 511s but age and weight gain have told me “no more”. I was introduced to 512s and they fit better then the 511s used to!
