What a wonderful find! Britnee was very helpful, she made some recommendations while I was there to pick up my supply of Chili. I drove all the way from Augusta, GA just to get their Chili. The place is very clean, does not even smell like a processing plant.
Took 3 pigs to process. Thick cut pork chops were as thick as my pinky. No bacon because the pigs were too small, but I was not told until I called to complain. Had to make a second trip because they did not give me my whole order. Order was not cut correct. Have to pay extra for freezing?! NEVER again. Not even for dog food. My chapstick is thicker.
Terrible experience. I was told tenderloin was cut into chops why?, and where are they?I either didn't get the bacon I ordered cut, or they cut it in the wrong direction that's from the butchers mouth. And the ribs where definitely not from a 285# dressed out sow!!! Will definitely not return, I should have went to 601.
May have ok sausage, but their custom butchering sucks. Asked to have steaks cut at 1 1/4” and they did it at 3/4” Most uneven cuts of meat I’ve ever seen. I’ll stick with our usual processor, only reason tried lees was Steve was doing deer

Wish there was a way to give a 0!!! 2nd time now!! Took a steer for butcher and didn't receive all of the steaks. Took another after telling them about this and was promised ALL meat would return. Again we did not receive all meat. Only 5 Ribeyes back from a 1000 lb cow. No liver and not all of the other steaks!! Called back and was told "sorry"!! Not ever happening again!!! Take your processing elsewhere!
My first time going to Lee's Friday 2-28-2020 cause a I heard they had some thick seasoned pock chops, bought a 10 lb box of them and a 5 lb box of onion sausage, I cooked some sausage for breakfast Saturday morning, it was delicious, smoked some chops today with some dirty rice, they was delicious and juicy all the way through, when they gone I'm going to get more, great job Lee's Sausage Co.
My husband was told it was thick bacon and it was $48.00dollars worth of fat back what a joke your meat market should be closed for good false advertising it really sucks while the world is in a crisis you still have the nerve to price gouge so sad give you a one star is really over rating your company!!!
Very clean and the service is pleasant. For a place that process meat on site it doesn't smell like it. I will be there every month.
Bought the venison snack sticks with pepper and cheese. It is the best, like a spicy hot pepperoni stick. Give it 5 out of 5
