-No appointments necessary
-Open 5am to midnight, 7 days a week, including holidays
-Your own entrance key (obtain inside the fitness center during regular business hours)
-Drivers license or photo ID and proof of age to join
-Parent or legal guardian’s ID and signature for individuals under 18 years old
-Tokens cost $1 each, token dispenser excepts $1, $5, $10, $20 bills
-Beds operate 4 minutes per token
-Beds will ONLY accept Lewistown Health & Fitness Center tokens
ULTRA BRONZ HIGH PRESSURE TANNING
-One 30 minute session equivalent to approximately 10 sessions in a regular bed
-99% UVA rays – the gentler rays that will NOT burn you
-Bulbs adjusted to full strength weekly
-Tan lasts 5 times longer
-Two sessions within 72 hours to get a deep dark base tan
-Only 2 – 3 sessions per MONTH to maintain your tan

A nutrition counselor is available for individual dietary consultations. A 60-90 minute nutrition consultation includes your personal dietary assessment and analysis.

Professional training is an excellent investment in your health and wellness! It’s one-on-one attention that includes a tailor-made cardiovascular and strength program as well as basic information regarding anatomy, physiology and nutrition.
