Founded in 2001, the Lexington Avenue Gym is a personal training & fitness class gym with no membership fees. All services are "a-la-carte" and personalized to each client’s personal fitness level and goals. The gym offers a 5,000 square foot facility with state of the art equipment, a full-size boxing ring, private bathrooms with showers, and a staff comprised experienced personal trainers.
Service offerings include personal training & classes in boxing for fitness, kickboxing, boot camp & CrossFit. All offerings are available to adults, teens and kids.
Personal Training is fee based by the hour and can be purchased individually or in packs of sessions. Friends can work out together via partner sessions, which provide 35% savings per person. Classes are offered either individually or in packs for cost savings.
