I spent $240 dollars on this mail set. She did a pretty good job, although for the money spent I believe they should have been perfected. I was not offered a drink. While paying my ticket I asked for a sprite. However, the cute little margaritas shown in the picture were not offered, I saw wine but that was not offered. My nails are a bit lumpy. I will try them one more time and see if it’s worth it. Maybe it was an off day. The tech was nice but for $240 every detail should have been covered and I should have been offered what was advertised in instagram. At my usual place I would have paid $100 and would’ve been satisfied. I thought I was going to have a relaxing day out while the kids were in school. I was in the Pearland area and needed a refill so I stopped by. I will never go back! The nail tech lady was nice but she kept messing up. She couldn’t figure out how to do a simple design from a picture I showed her. She had to ask other nail techs. She couldn’t get all my previous color off my nails so one of my nails still shows a bit of pink. She didn’t paint them throughly, it’s splotchy and the lines are uneven. And they charged me $95!!!!!! My usual place would never charge more than $60 including take off. I’m highly upset and would not recommend this place.Services: Nail art

I attended a small bridal shower that was held in what was the party room. We were told that with the use of the room, minimally 6 guests had to receive service at not less than $45 per service. When we asked why the service book said the use of the party room required a minimum of six guests receive a service at $40 per service we were given every reason in the book. We settled on the price we were given, and planed for a pedicure with hot stones, wax, and sea salt. When we sat down, the techs again asked us what service we wanted, and when told we were given a price of $50 for the service. They were told that we had spoken with another tech, and arranged for the service at the cost of $45. Unfortunately, Natalie was not accepting that service cost, and proceeded to argue with us, and the tech we made the arrangements with. She was very rude, and uncooperative when we asked to speak to a manager. When refused to pay the cost she gave, she conceded, but I should have known better. More specifically, I should have asked for another tech. Natalie continued to be rude, she never spoke to me, she was rough, telling me in a very abrasive tone to "hold my foot up"! The experience was the worst I have ever had, but I endured it because I did not want to make a scene or ruin the environment for the bride to be. But, it did not end with her unprofessional behavior. Natalie finished what I will say was a mediocre pedicure, got up, and then demanded I pay her immediately. When I told her I would take the ticket to the front to pay myself, she again demanded that I pay her, and refused to step away to allow me to get up until I raised my voice to tell her I would pay when I got up! Suffice it to say I will never return to Lexis, and would never recommend it to anyone. The entire experience was terrible, Natalie was rude, even when I paid I was never thanked, but she surely took my green money without hesitation. It's sad, and I am not one to bring color into my concerns, especially when I observed several people of color receiving services they appeared to be happy with, but the way we were treated gave me a very hostile racist vibe! And, it began as soon as we were not willing to accept the differences in the service cost given to us be difference techs. It was apparent that they were trying to upcharge us, and expected us to accept it, period!! Don’t come here these people are just money hungry, they give you a card to return if something happens to your nails 10 days after your service. I got my nails done, shellac 7/28 and had to return on Sunday 7/30 for a repair since the polish chipped off. They made me wait for 20 minutes, they don’t prioritize you. I ended up leaving without getting my nail polish repaired. This was my first and last time I ever give this establishment a try. Thanks for ripping me off for a pedicure and a shellac manicure for $90! Update: I went back to get my nail repaired because I didn't pay $90 for nothing. The man in the picture came up to me claiming I screamed at him in the front and that I was rude, he has cameras and this isn't true. Well as I was walking out after telling him I was never coming back so he can save his policy speech he called me "stupid" what a POS. If you want to get mistreated and verbally abused this is the place. All because I called him out in this review for being money hungry. LOL

First time here and like everyone one else has mentioned, they are way overpriced. I was very happy when I left, but after 4 days they were cracking, flaking and lifting off. I paid for a couple nails to be repaired, those lasted 3 days. Today I went back, well within their guarantee and all she did was put on another coat and send me on my way. Within 2 hours they looked like the photos. Going back to Milanos for good!

The ladies are wonderful! They only do ask you ask. When they upsell services they are not pushy. If you have a disability they will accommodate you with a smile. There is no pain or destruction of nail. You can't tip on a card so bring cash!

I am appalled with the price gouging at this facility. I paid the extreme prices for mediocre services. However I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My mimosa came with a bug. Basic pedicure with shellac $60 btw, i came with Shellac on my toes, ombre full set $85. %3 for debit card, which I was not aware of until after my card was charged. Had I known prior to paying, I would have paid cash. Not worth it.Services: Nail extensions
