This is long overdue sorry for taking decades to write this! I’ve been a patient with Dr Smith since I was a baby. He was the best and will miss him dearly! I saw a lot of doctors in that practice over the years and they were always amazing too! When he retired I wasn’t sure who to go to next cause it’s hard to get into anyone these days. It took me about a week to get in but today I saw Jennie Dr Smith’s nurse and now working with Dr Allie - she’s always awesome! And then I met with Dr Allie next. She listened to my medical problems and knew what I needed to help me. She is so down to earth and super caring. It’s hard to find people like her. Thanks to everyone at this location!
I was referred to Allison Brill and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!!! I DONT know what that First Review is talking about I think her name was Alexandria LaNier is Talking about she seems very immature and probably didn’t get her Xanax or adderall but anyway Miss Brill was the BEST. I was seen because I was in a Accident and she had no problem referring me to orthopedic to get proper treatment and was nothing but caring and looking out for my best interest
Worst medical office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Allison Brill had zero interest in my health and was more concerned about talking about political issues. She never once asked about my symptoms. I was in a lot of pain and not feeling great from a very recent car accident and didn’t really care for political small talk. I can hardly believe she is a MD. I honestly didn’t trust her with my medical need because she really didn’t seem to care. I asked for a referral to a neurologist and she had to ask the office manager. Since when do office managers make medical decisions over doctors? My insurance company had no problem paying. This entire experience was very stressful and honestly made me cry. They refused my referral and shredded my file right in front of me. I’m actually so relieved I had this experience so I know never to go back there again. If you want a doctor that cares about your wellness please look elsewhere.
NP Allison Brill is rude and does not care about anyone. The good reviews about her must be from her friends or family. Cause she is the worse. Never going back to see her.
Wasn't sure about this place after reading reviews. I am happy I chanced it!!! Whole staff was friendly and helpful. The lab only had to poke me once!! Allison B. The NP was AWESOME!! I've had issues for years and given up on finding help due to doctors being dismissive of my complaints. She listened and I felt heard. She ask questions. I wasn't rushed in the least. She also understood my no insurance/self pay situation and didn't require costly unnecessary tests, starting with simple elimination first. I'm finally hopeful for the first time in years that I am going to get the answers and help I desperately need. Thanks Allison!!
Thankful I have found nurse practitioner Allison Brill. She is very patient with my questions and I feel like she truly cares about me. She also never seems like she is in a hurry to move on which is rare these days.
Now that I’ve found Allison Brill, I’ll never go anywhere else again. To have a PCP that listens and truly cares, one who is so thorough and follows evidence based medicine, one who remembers who you are and what’s going on with you, and truly treats you like one of her own family…now THAT is priceless.
First Impressions are everything - miss Lisa was rude & automatically tried to “profile“ me & assumed my gender bc of my first last name. I was very offended bc in this day and age you should never just assume someone’s gender.
I called for a new patient appointment and got in the next week. Front desk was very friendly and they got me back before my scheduled appointment time, which was a plus! I saw their nurse practitioner and she was amazing! I’ve never had a doctor or NP so thorough and that really made you feel like they cared about everything you were telling them! I had labs drawn and had no issues with their lab tech. She was extremely friendly and only had to stick me once I have deep veins! Overall it was a great experience
I have been going here for over 30 years. Seen Dr. Beaver and Smith. Both professional. Best health care provider was Beth Boison, LNP. I always called her my Doctor. Intelligent and compassionate. Always accurate on medical issues, made best referrals to other specialists/professionals and provided educational information. She retired and I am sad. Not sure who to see now. I truly had a mutual respectful professional relationship with her. I wish her the best! This office does need customer service training upfront and on the telephone. My review for Beth is over 5!! LFP will not be the same in Irmo
