This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! This morning we woke up and found BED BUGS!! It was DISGUSTING!! We called for the manager but instead of the manager we got a cleaning guy who brought nothing except for a flashlight to check for more. We then had to ask him for disinfecting spray and garbage bags on our own. He brought all four of us ONLY one can of Lysol spray. The manager never came to talk to us about getting a refund. We were on our own the whole time. No help was offered for cleaning our clothes and bags. The staff didn't apologize for all of this. I am very disappointed in the staff!!!!!!! Another thing I would like to mention is it was FILTHY!! There were scuff marks on the doors and walls. Dirt and dried leaves in EVERY SINGLE corner. The walls in the bathroom were flaking and chipped and in the upstairs lobby and chunk of paint that had been ripped off the wall. The blankets were filled with hair and dirt and smelled horrendous. Ronda the manager tried to tell us that the blanket was our fault! It was like when we got in there. There was snow salt inside the lobby, crusted all over the floors and baseboards. If you are planning on staying here think twice!! This has scared me for life and I will NEVER come near this place again!!!!
Was OK. Bit under the standard of the price per night. Stay was comfortable, but not what I expected. Beds were full size instead of queen size I didn't even know hotels did that anymore. There was paint spray on the wallpaper where they'd painted the door hinges. The bathroom was POSITIVELY TINY. Loved that it was a suite which was the whole purpose of the hotel but was still way smaller than I expected. Especially for the price. On a side note, the bartender the evening I stayed was FABULOUS! He made the best Captain and Coke I've ever had!
My husband and I stayed for a weekend get away at Embassy Suites by Hilton for our first anniversary and we loved it. The room had a little wear and tear in it but all together it was nice. Room service was quick and easy. I do think they should mention if it's an adjoining room though. I definitely wouldn't have booked that particular room had I known. We were able to create memories so the stay was amazing. Rooms: A little wear and tear. Closet was hard to close because the door was off track a bit. The shower door kept opening while showering. The headboard was peeling pretty bad. The computer chair was peeling so bad to the point that I called it a leg scratcher. The bed was very comfortable so that was a plus. Nearby activities: We were so close to everything which made the stay pretty awesome! Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The best best breakfast I've had at any hotel so far. Noteworthy details: They were pretty spot on with the details they left for us. The menu was amazing.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Arrived at about 1:00 pm, no problem with early check-in, which is unusual these days. Front desk staff Very helpful. Room was very clean and updated. Well furnished, microwave, Micro-fridge, coffee maker, TV in both rooms and in room safe. Manager's reception, complimentary, includes drinks and a variety of snacks and munchies. Very nice outdoor pool and seating area with a great view of pond and fountains. Complimentary breakfast, cooked to order Omelets, waffles, pancakes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruits and pastries!! Awesome!!! Contact less Arrivals. GREAT STAY, LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN VISIT!!!
Great hotel. Clean, rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming except one rude front desk girl but it doesn't affect my review. I would definitely stay here again for sure.Rooms: 5/5
Visitors from out of state used this hotel and we're delighted. Rooms are well appointed, clean. The pool is inviting. Breakfast was excellent. And there is super access to retail of all sorts with smaller shops almost on site, major malls nextdoor.Location: 5/5
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Absolutely luxurious. Very clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Complementary drinks from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM every day. Who doesn’t like free drinks? I think I’m going to forget about international hotels group and switch over to Hilton.
This was absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. We found BEDBUGS!!!! And you would think the staff and managers would provide some support, but you would be completely wrong. The staff actually thought that we were the blame, and denied it being their fault! Not to mention that the hotel itself was FILTHY!!! The blankets and sheets had brown marks, and it was absolutely disgusting!! The workers came in and actually admitted that it was disgusting! The paint pealing off of all the walls, and I was totally grossed out by everything I saw. NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!!! You will regret it!
Hotel staff does a good job here. It's an embassy suites hotel so you know what you get... large room, evening reception and breakfast. Evening reception is great for drinks but the hors d'oeuvre buffet was odd. Definitely a nicer place to stay near Lexington.
Unfortuniatly, I cannot say anything about the rooms. I only go here once a month for a coin club. Every time I have been here, it is always clean. The restroom were always clean, their dining area/bar had folks in it and it as well looked nice. I can say the conference room area was very nice, clean and enough room to hold over 50 of us.
