Oh so rarely do I give 5 stars. I have 2 things I'm not a fan of that are my delivery which I prefer they be a little more careful with my new furniture. And the second chance financing offered through Acceptance Now. My issue with the Financing is technically apart from LFD itself. Let me say my Acceptance rep Angela, I believe, was great. It is the system itself which will crush you with interest if you are irresponsible which technically wouldn't be their fault OR if you pay the full term. You will PAY for that furniture. The math behind the amortization and the delivery of the information are murky and not because of the rep. Now that's out of the way. Wow. We went over a few weeks span to Lacks Clearance which I like, Martinez, Furniture Row, Ashley's, Ramirez Furniture and ended with LFD. I told my wife when we were across the street at Ramirez and it was hot outside and we still hadn't found the living room furniture that what if we go home and skip LFD and it's like a furniture wonderland? We laughed. So we went and we were blown away. First off we were greeted warmly in the Loft section which I thought was the extent of the store. Wrong. Second, our salesperson Yilian Perez was fantastic. She was helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and she entertained and conversed with our 3 yr old daughter. Within minutes my kid was calling her by name. The loft basically clearance section is incredibly stocked with beautiful furniture at excellent prices especially in the back. We went over to the showroom and it's like, well, a furniture wonderland. Is everything reasonably priced on that side in my opinion? No. You can pay $200 for a three foot fake tree. Are there great sales on sets and individual pieces? Yes. Many that rival or beat even online prices. Plus there's really attractive and different furniture unlike the boring and repetitive things in other stores. The displays are tactfully done. The store is comfortable and easy to navigate. Customer service for me was fabulous and I'm just a guy with a little family who made clear my budget and never felt less important in the process than if I went in with a briefcase of cash. If you have great credit or cash and you're not looking to go for super luxury goods like the $7,000 sofa, you will crush the hearts of all who come to your house for holiday or entertaining when they see your furniture. I hope you go and have the same experience I did. Ask for Yillian. Take your time. Get awesome furniture. These are the items we finally picked. Normally I photograph the store but I was really busy with it and my phone needed charging. Thanks LFD, definitely future customers here.

Beware! I purchased a lazy boy recliner for my mother a few weeks ago. She went to go pick it up from the warehouse and didn’t realize they had given her the wrong one. It was covered in plastic so couldn’t tell. It was not the one we originally purchased. This other one is of way cheaper quality. This one when you sit down you can feel the boards because the cushion is really thin and uncomfortable. The one I selected I paid $1289 for it and could really feel the thick cushion in the seat area and really comfortable. When I tried to explain to them. The manager at the store said due to Covid they don’t take returns. Very bad experience.
My rating went from 2 stars to 5 within 24 hours! The owner read and replied to my review within hours. He looked into the situation as he said he would, called almost immediately, promised a refund of $541, and followed through before the day’s end. We are totally impressed with his willingness to do the right thing and honor the price marked on the piece. He was extremely kind and professional. We will DEFINITELY consider future purchases there. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to the matter. There are still honest business men in this world! Thanks again!

So here's the thing. We bought our living room & dining set here a few years ago. They've been good quality & we still love them. However, yesterday we went back to look for another item for our home. I realize salespeople work on a commission, but I for one prefer to look around & then seek out assistance if I find something I like, instead of being led around the store. So it felt like we were rushed through the store by the salesperson, showing us the few items they had in stock, none of which met our needs. After that, we didn't really want to stick around & look any more. If we'd been able to go in & browse around at our own pace, even if we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, we might have come across something else we wanted to purchase, perhaps a lamp, buffet or sideboard, decor, etc. Point being, you could have missed out on a potential sale. So maybe consider giving people time to look around first before approaching them, or invite them to browse first, & just let them know you're there when they need you.
Zero customer service. I send payments, they never send a receipt that they received my payment, nor do they send a statement. If you want to know what your balance is, you have to call or go to the store. No customer service after the sale. Zero stars. Not sending statements or receipts is unacceptable. EVERY other business I do business with sends monthly statements.
Excellent customer service I loved the way the sales lady Mayra helped us in our purchase I had an experience with an over charge in my purchase and she took the time to call me and explain that I was overcharged she was very honest because I just paid and had not noticed the overpayment. I would definitely visit LFD again.
Been buying furniture at LFD for several years, always from salesperson Suzie, excellent service. Well aware of her product and very helpful, patient and polite. Great customer service skills!! We will always shop for furniture at LFD and from Suzie.
