Competent locksmith. Made sure that we knew how to operate keyless entry prior to leaving. Noted issues to be aware of regarding lock.

Terrible experience with them .its not a company they dispatch locksmiths and once u set the appointment w the guy they give ur phone # to u can't find that person again .cancelations, delays .first Mike then George and so on call and u don't know who u talked to first and when u call another company they send the guy .horrible .they stood me up waiting in the street for 2 hours ,I called another company a very honest person came and did the job for 50 and half an hr after he left they sent their tech .never give ur job to them

Lost my key someone referred me this company. I didnt have time to  research them. Since someone referred me and i was in a bad situation where i had to leave where i was at  auae i had to be at work in a few hours. I went on and called the number. The tech i spoke to told me to come and make me a key will cost $280. He told me who would be there in 30 mins he got there after an hour. Finhe got to me and it took him about 35 min to get inside my car and made me a key. When it was time to pay he told me $307 im like how it went from 280 to 307. He said with tax that's the total balance.  Again i had no choice .before i made my payment i asked him is this a manufacture or legit key he said yes its a legit and i shouldn't have no problems.  2 days later key stopped working. I called the dealership to find out what the problem could be. I was told that what ever key the tech from Liberty Locksmith made is a after market key . That company is a Fraud . I will contact my bank hopefully no one have the same issue i had with them.

I was left hanging all day I Was told the tech would call a half an hour before the appointment which would be at 11:30 I had a missed call at 10:12 he left no message I then called the number back seven times and I sent 2 text to him with no response. I then called the office again and I was told I would be the next available job. That was at 11:33 now after waiting for someone to call or show up to my house I called again at 3:41 and was told a tech would be out and after 20 minutes I actually received a call and she said that no one could come out today. So I called at 8:22 am and wasted my day I should have went to the dealer.

Although the charge was a bit high, the customer service and wait time was amazing. Got locked out my car, Tony arrived within 30 minutes and the whole process didn’t even last more then 10 minutes which alleviated my stress and allowed me to go back and enjoy my time. Would recommend to anyone who is in a jam.

They were very fast and convenient! They arrived earlier then expected and made the key for me super fast! Would definitely be using them again if I ever need another key made!

This business is the best locksmith company in philadelphia! The person i spoke with over the phone, personally, came down to come help me out when i was locked out of my car.  He was super friendly and the price was extremely fair and the best service i have ever received. He said he would be at my location in 20 minutes and came in 15! This is my first review for any business of any sort and i wanted to make sure they got a 5 star rating because he/they deserved it! I highly recommend this business if anyone needs their type of services because they are truly the best in service, timeliness, and rates.
