Darryl Pryor is the creative force behind the Chrysalis4wealth (C4W) enterprise. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Darryl brings to the company a strong leadership, mentoring, consensus building, and a "let's get it done" mindset which he gained through years of self-less service as government servant. He is a retired 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF), with an additional 10 years as a Department of Defense civilian and private industry where he passionately served as an intelligence analyst helping the “good guys” find the “bad guys.”
Darryl’s true passion however is helping others achieve financial, personal and professional success, so in 2014 he resigned from government service to pursue his passion as an entrepreneur. His passion is fueled by the recognition the success he has achieved in life has been through the support and mentorship of family and friends. Although he considers himself “just a common, hardworking ordinary guy” who like most has experienced life’s “ups” and “downs,” he has been able to achieve financial security through the advice and guidance of those who have poured into him financially, personally and professionally.
His mission at this point in life is to share what others have seeded in him. He does this through his Chrysalis Liberty Tax Service and Chrysalis Protection and Wealth Solutions (CPAWS) entities where he assists clients with their income tax preparation and planning, and offers them a wide range of insurance based financial information, products and services to put them on a path to financial security.
Additionally, as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, Darryl, along with his wife Alicia, also a retired USAF veteran, offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching which aide in the personal and professional development and growth of others through the study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, they will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
Although he is retired from military service, Darryl still strives to live by the USAF core values of “integrity of action, service before self, and excellence in all we do.” As a financial consultant and developmental coach he is committed to developing the same in others.
