Thought it was great, but I can't get a copy of my amend. No matter how much I call NO ONE will return my calls. I been reaching out for 2 months now, and I can't even get ahold of Aaron. Online no help since they can't find anything in my file. I will never go to them again. Still no one returning any phone calls. You only matter when they want your money to file for taxes
My tax expert was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was understanding when I had questions and was quick to answer them. We shared laughs while I was there too, which was refreshing for me. It's a yes to Liberty from me.
Well thought they were doing good past couple years but now I did my taxes liberty put them on hold won't call me I tried to call twice now no return call. I shouldn't even of had to call they should of called me if something was wrong. I'm supposed to be getting them back Fri. Now I don't know when since they won't fix this.
Called and left a voicemail, 4 days later still no call. Called a second time and still received no answer. Third time calling reached a receptionist which couldn't provide any information other than "the tax preparer is out of the office".
Amy was quick, friendly, and efficient! This is my third or fourth year with liberty tax and have no complaints!
Christina did a great job. Very knowledgeable about the tax system. We were able to get an appointment within an hour of calling. She explained things thoroughly.
Liberty tax is great if i could give you guys 10 stars i would definitely do just that!!! Christina was very helpful and explained things clearly so that i understood every single detail and i was a new comer so i recieved 50 bucks which i really needed!!! Id advise everyone to go to liberty rather you new or a return!!! And they dont charge an arm and a leg like some of the other tax preparers. Thank you Christina i really appreciate you
Make sure If you need to have a message passed along not to ask “Sherry” or “Cherry” no customer service skills on phone either. Taking my business elsewhere.
Ive got my taxes done here for the last few years. Quickly made appointments, and knowledgeable friendly staff. I reccommend going here for your tax returns!!
Love them . Never disappoint.
