I stopped By Liberty Tax and got greeted by a very nice young Lady, her name is Priscilla, she gave me excellent customer service and took her time explaining all the details, I am very satisfied with her customer service. I encourage everyone to go speak to her, you won’t be let down

Normally I get my taxes done by the ladies here, and they’re usually very nice. But this time was the worst experience. And my taxes are pretty straight forward, easy less than 15 mins. But this time it was a new person and needless to say 2 weeks later and my taxes weren’t filed, communication was little and far in between. It’s was a very disappointing experience.

I had a very bad experience at Liberty Tax . The person who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional, she was making personal phone calls while I was sitting in front of her desk waiting for her to do my taxes. When she was done she told me to return in two days to get my forms.When I went to pick up the forms ,she didn’t give me the vouchers and the envelopes that I needed in order for me to send the payments to the IRS .when I asked her for the vouchers she gave me a dirty look, she didn’t like a customer to tell her how to do her job. Thank you.

Still waiting for the refund return.. good service.. the 50 dollar is real believe me on 1st visit..hurry now nd claim urs with your own W-2

Ask how much they charge you to do your taxes they will rip you off
