I just want to say that Debrah is wonderful. She is great at what she does. She really cares. She has worked with us twice and everytime is just amazing. She made our last trip to Hawaii for my daughter's sweet 16th the trip of a life time. Everything she booked for us was just incredible. She works with you, I can keep going on and on about her. Thank you Debrah!!!
Friendly staff. Listened to our ideas. They are taking good care of us. We are in the process of booking a trip to Hawaii. Flying 1st class and the store will treat you like you are in 1st class

This week I had the most shocking experience with this agency and the travel agent I have dealt with for several of my trips. I was in talks with agency for a trip to Northern, Italy. We laid out the details and called back within twenty four hours to book and the agent told me that the price went up several hundred per person which I thought was ridiculous. Eventhough I felt frustrated, I contacted the agency today to book today even paying several hundred dollars since I didn't want to ruin my plans. I once again laid out the detail over the phone and finalized through email as well. Then she told me she will email me the itinerary and the link to process the payment. This was all in matters of few hours. Then I received and noticed the dates we discussed was wrong. She once again informed me that she will revise and send over the correct dates. Then guess what? She sends me one liner saying price went up by a thousand dollar. I don't know how this company does their work, but this is purely a scam. Can't believe that business that is standing around for so long, doesn't even know how to operate and gives false information to its customers. They shouldn't be in this business if there only intention is to mislead and accumulate higher commission. Thank you for making me waste my valuable time.
They don't pick up the phones, when you leave a message no call back or call you when you set up an appointment online. What's the point!? Go somewhere else
The best acclamation point I book all my trips through here. I have no idea why you go online on these awesome people will do it for you. They listen they understand they know.
Ive booked with this location a few times and all I can say is I will not stop! Whether it is an airline ticket or a hotel my girls know exactly how to make my trips the best. Melissa and Jeanne are the best! Look no further, and YES USE A TRAVEL AGENT!!
This is my second time booking with Steven never had a problem so far....the first time we went to Mexico we ask for 2 rooms side by side on the ground level next to the pool and beach .Steven actually called the hotel right in front of me to make sure I got what I wanted. Walk me through everything is needed to know..leaving for our next trip to punta cana soon can't wait. The staff is very accommodating. .thanks again to Steven and fahren
