We recently shopped at Dover Saddlery and we were most impressed! It had such a great selection, reasonable prices and the customer service was one of a kind! In fact, Krista placed two special orders for us and she also gave us a restaurant recommendation since we were visiting from out of state. Great selection, good prices, helpful staff. Went there during their tent sale, and I found some really great deals. The store is about 1 hour from me, it was definitely worth the drive.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I also drop off horse blankets and horse sheets a few times per year. Their laundry service is super.

Dover always has a great selection of new English products in-store, and is able to order ever they don't have in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help the beginner to the pro riders. This particular Dover is a large store that's well-stocked and easy to navigate. Definitely found what we were looking for!

very poor return service. Still currently waiting for a refund on an item about $140 sent back over a month ago. I've been told numerous times over the last two weeks that my return would be issue within "24-72" business hours about three times now and still i do not have a pending return to my original payment method. Incredibly frustrating when each time I inquire with Dover Saddlery, I am assured the return will be issued without problem and yet I am still waiting once again for my return. I enjoy Dover's product selections, but unfortunately will not be shopping again as I do not trust nor want to deal with their return issues.

Came in to buy a saddle. Very good customer service and selection. The ladies were super kind, helpful with sizing, and stayed within my budget. Ended up having to exchange, zero issues.

The staff is friendly, and the store is well stocked. I would encourage you to do your homework on items before going. Some things are overpriced and can be found at other storefronts and online at more competitive prices.

It was my first time there ever all tho I have ordered online but never actually went in one! Its was so clean had what I need and som other stuff! They have anything you could every want, great prices to!!
