Last weekend I was helped by Isiah It started with an I. He helped activate my membership and was very helpful and experienced. Great worker!
Guy that works there must’ve gotten rejected for homecoming or something. Went in to get a design on my hat and the dude pretty much threw the paper of fonts at me and had a bad attitude. The second I walked in with my friends, he kept staring at us and didn’t even greet us or nothing. Not just that, but he also didn’t customize my hat how i had requested. He also didn’t ask me what font size, and the lettering came out all crooked. $70 hat went to garbage because of this guy. It should not have taken 50 minutes for one word to be stitched onto a hat. It only took 5 minutes last time at the Lids in galleria and it came out perfect with the same word as the one i requested today. The guy probably thought he had a chance with one of the ladies that walked in considering he said hi to her and helped her out. He had no reason to be letting all his anger out on me as if i was the reason his crush humiliated him in front of all the school. Moral of the story: Don’t come here unless you’re looking to get treated like an animal and looking to get a hat completely ruined.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy working there was super rude as we walked in. I asked a question & he said “I REALLY DON’T KNOW AND CAN YOU HURRY UP & BUY ONE”? If it was close to closing time, I understand but there was no need to be so rude about it. No plans to EVER go back to that store again!! My 4 boys were very excited to get more hats added to their collection and were upset of the bad service from this store
If no stars was a thing I would. Your store is a joke. You Close early and open late. Closed an hour early last night. Every other store was open. Got waved away. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I drove 20 minutes on 09/17/2022 all the way to get here because it says here that they close at 09:00pm.I saw the girl locking up and leaving before 08:30pm. At least update the hours online so that we don’t waste our time driving all the way here for nothing.
came 20mins before closing and the door was already locked. no employees in view until I saw him hiding in the back and when he saw me, he turned around and went back to the back like he didn't even see us. very upset .
showed up at 8:25pm and the store was already closed. wish It was noted they closed earlier on Saturday so we didn't drive all the way over here for nothing.
Made a purchase for 12 custom hats on 9/20/20 for my business $223.88, 3 wks ago. Received 5 of the 12 hats. Had to return the difference cause they were printed crooked. I know this store is in the process of a management change. So I'm hoping I'll see some results soon, along with the merchandise I paid for.
Would've gave 0 stars. My husband and I came in to get a hat design and in the middle of service she took another customer, came back to us and let us know it would be an hour wait even though she told us ours would take 7 minutes to do. It would make more sense to get ours done first because we were there first but she said it goes by who paid first. Wouldn't recommend
I went into this store to purchase a hat. Unfortunately, the customer service rendered was horrible. The manager was helping a customer and did not even acknowledge me as I patiently waited after finding a hat I liked. Another customer walked in and the manager immediately acknowledged and informed the customer she would be with her in just a minute. However, I patiently waited without any assistance so I placed the hat back on shelf and walked out the store still without any acknowledgment. In my opinion customer service is vital. In this case, it completely changed my mind to never spend money with the Lids franchise. Nevertheless, I was the only African American in the store during this encounter.
