Staff are great and very accommodating. There are two tracks available and numerous courts to play basketball. Forgot your ball? The front desk has free ones to check out!
Great Rec center and hosted special Olympics. Had a great experience and facilities like new.
Visited here for the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Conference Championships. It was set up differently than the other indoor tracks I've visited. You can actually sit close to each event. I enjoyed being up close and personal with the athletes!
Went for a track meet, not alot of parking if there having a meet, in the lot or off street. Another lot next to it, but student parking or need a permit, all day, all hours. Hard to see the 60m dash with the seating and big poles in the way. Nice faculty. No food or venting machine was seen, especially coming in from out of town
I'm helping out with a mechanical job right now, but looks like a great place to go work out, there is a fee.
Extremely well equipped facility with all the things you need for total body optimal health plan. They facility is always packed with all kinds of events. There's never a dull moment at this gym. They keep it well maintained. Been coming here for 8 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else in Ames.
Extremely well-equipped athletic facility with any equipment you could need for a workout. There are free weights, two full tracks, basketball courts, weight machines, cardio machines, a climbing wall and other equipment. The facility is kept clean and the student workers are very helpful. The athletic center can get fairly busy with students but there is plenty of room and equipment even during peak hours.
Great facility! Abundant cardio, weightlifting, weight machine, and fitness equipment. Bouldering, basketball, soccer, volleyball, among others. You need an ISU student ID or a semester/year pass to get in, or to be sponsored by somebody who does.
Very nice staff and great equipment. A bit more laid back than state gym, making for the perfect relaxed workout.
Fun rec hall where you can boulder, run, and workout in a large dynamic location. The track is the best indoor track ISU has.
