Tim was the most sincere and helpful person when we had cremated our little kitty Macy. He showed so much compassion to our family. Seems to know pets are family too. Thank you so much Lietz-Franz you made her passing so much easier, knowing she was well cared for.

My family and I chose Lietz-Fraze when my mother passed away and again 10 months later when my stepdad passed. They were very polite, professional, and caring throughout the whole process. My real dad passed away in 2001 and I had his ashes in my possession. I wanted to bury his ashes in North Dakota. Kristen took charge and arranged for my fathers ashes to be sent to the cemetery so I did not have to carry his ashes through airport security and flights. When I arrived in Fargo my fathers remains we’re waiting for me along with cemetery staff to lay my father to rest. Their commitment to families in mourning are second to none. I have planned my final resting place through them and could not imagine any other company taking care of families like Lietz-Fraze has done for us.
From the start to finish, everyone at Lietz-Fraze funeral home was helpful, caring and companionate. Kristen the funeral director was awesome from the very first day. Also Kathy from Aftercare was very compassionate and knowledgeable about many things I didn't even know that needed to be done. I highly recommend Lietz-Fraze funeral home to all my friends and family
Sadly our family dog passed away during a weekend trip out to Lake Havasu. Thankfully we were referred to Lietz-Fraze and they're pet funeral services were very helpful to our situation. The funeral home director Tim even offered to drive out to our house on Saturday during a holiday weekend to get our dog. They were great to work with and we knew our dog was in good hands once we said our goodbyes. Thank you so much
I have dealt with Lietz Fraze over the years for both pets and family members. The hardest was my Nana. When Tim arrived to take my Nana to the funeral home, he did it in the most respectful and caring way. He gave us all plenty of time to say our last goodbyes. He helped guide everyone through the process of taking her. Like it was his family member. Thank you Tim. Her body’s last moments on Earth were handled with gentle and caring hands. That means the world to me.
Kristen Lietz was a blessing! Kristen helped us with the arrangements of my husbands passing. Kristen has all the right questions to ask us and keep us focused on what we needed. Lietz provides a "After Care" service that I truly would of been loss with out it, they helped me with the contacts that I needed to notify. Thank you Lietz-Fraze
Kristen Lietz helped our family when my younger brother passed away from cancer. This was a very emotional time for our family and she stepped in and handled everything with the utmost amount of professionalism. She and her staff paid attention to every detail and provided us with exceptional service.
Saying goodbye to a loved one is one of the most painful experiences in life. Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home handled by Father's funeral arrangements over 20 years ago along with my brother Dan who passed away at a young age. Kristen drove to Phoenix to meet with my Mother after she lost her son my brother and went above and beyond all expectations to provide her comfort during a very difficult time. They've been in business for over 50 years for a reason.
I recommend this mortuary. They are caring and very professional. They provided a lot of information without having to ask.
