Beckie is amazing to work with. She's great about meeting you where you're at and being a steady guiding hand which keeps the pressure off of perfectly executing every yoga move since I'm still a beginner. It's such a nurturing, supportive, and relaxed environment. It's just so great to be in a studio that's so inviting to everyone while remaining genuine.
Life Keys Energy has become an amazing and much needed part of my self care routine! Beckie and her staff are gifted at making you feel supported in your yoga practice. They are both intentional in their instruction and passionate about being inclusive to all.
Beckie is AMAZING I started yoga a little over a year ago. I am a bigger girl and wasn't sure I could do it for my size. Beckie's class teaches to all body styles and abilities. I have gained strength, flexibility, confidence and a life long friend. I love the classes at her studio.
Life Keys Energy has saved my life; a few times. Without the healing, support and encouragement I have received from Beckie, I don't know how I would have gone through some of the toughest times in my life. Beckie has SO much knowledge in health, fitness, mindfulness among so many other focuses and shares so much of it. I absolutely love her and life keys energy. There needs to be more people doing amazing things like this...but amazingly, just this one person touches so many. I'm grateful for every session.
As a fitness instructor in the community LKE serves I know how important it is to provide quality classes. This studio is for anyone no matter the level of fitness. The knowledgeable staff is happy, courteous and engaging. If anyone is just thinking about trying Yoga or similar classes this is the place to go. Def a place to feel like you belong. 5 stars!
I have attended classes in at least a dozen different yoga studios over the last 20 years. HANDS DOWN Life Keys Energy is my favorite. Great selection of classes, the instructors really know what they are doing!
This studio is inclusive and the instructors are just awesome. Every instructor helps you modify poses for you. No one judges and it is comfortable and welcoming. Love Life Keys Energy.
Not only are the classes fun and challenging, but the instructors and the other yogis are encouraging. Beckie is also extremely invested in the well being of the community physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Bring an all inclusive studio makes us all feel welcome. You don't have to worry about being someone you aren't to come here. They are patient with all levels and physical needs!!
Friendly, well informed staff, great atmosphere and great tea! No one judges you for how you look or what poses you can and cant do and the mixture of meditation and reflexology really maximizes that zen feel!
