I’ve been to other Life Long offices and this one is best, hands down. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I felt like my hygienist truly cared, she explained things in plain language, and answered any questions that I had. I definitely recommend.
I had a very warm, welcome and enjoyed my interaction with both the hygienist and the doctor. Felt very very very confident about the care I was going to receive. Every question was answered and I was given good information by everyone from the front desk to my exit. Just wish I had found this practice earlier!
Needed my dentures to be relined after 15 years knowing they were well overdue. The girls at the front desk made me feel welcome and made me feel at ease. I saw Kim who explained the procedure and got me scheduled. The process was quick and easy and my dentures were back in one day! There were a few problems with the fit and Kim work calmly to adjust them. Since they still needed a bit more adjusting, we made plans for me to try them at home for a few days and I would get back to Kim directly to see Joe they were doing. She said if we weren’t able to adjust them enough to be comfortable we would work out a time where we could begin again and work on a new mold. That made me feel relieved and I’m home getting used to the adjustment and will call Kim to follow up as necessary. Wonderful service and I know we’ll succeed. Tina Sands
Molly is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I like that she cleans my teeth quickly and gently and points out areas of concern if necessary. She wraps up the exam with tips to decrease tooth sensitivity and schedules my next appt before walking me out. Nice job Molly.
My wife & I have been customers of Life Long Dental Care for many years. We're very happy with the folks who work there that take care of our teeth. I would recommend LLDC to anyone seeking quality dental care at reasonable prices. Sincerely, Scott & Debbie Bowden
I had the best experience. I have extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist, but everyone I met met in Old Saybrook were so wonderful. Thank you Dr. Benoit for the wonderful care and making the procedure as comfortable as possible for me!
Scheduled an appointment with the doctor to put in a permanent crown and the doctor wasn’t even there. The DA did not do a good job and there was nobody to fix it. Addressed my concern to the manager Taylor I believe and she responded back in a rude manner saying it is fine. Overall, the place is poorly run. They always call back last minute asking to reschedule an appointment and there was several instances where I got random bills. Whenever I call back asking about the bills, it turns out to be some finance mistake.
Your dental staff and equipment are very good. Your business policies are not customer friendly or reflect how patients cover dental costs. To expect immediate payment after dental care is completely one sided and shows you only care about yourself and not the patient. It should be expected any patient who has dental insurance would want to wait first to see what is covered or not. Your clerical staff is not my insurance company. A patient without dental insurance is another matter but the way you treat those that have it is very poor.
Dental cleaning with Kate was best ever. She took into consideration teeth sensitivity and did a wonderful job. No discomfort at all. Very happy.
I had a teeth cleaning today and Tracy was great! Friendly fast and professional. Thumbs up.
