The young man at the counter was Fantastic. Loved that he stood up to greet me. I believe his name is Kerry sorry if I misspelled it. But he was great. Sad to see the condition of the office/bathroom and hallways look as bad as they did. Unlike 16+ years ago where the property was immaculate. I hope the new transition to this new ownership will value the property as the original owners did. Otherwise Kerry was very helpful. KUDOS to you Kerry I hope they notice you are a go getter.
I do not recommend this location for storage. After getting an email saying that our monthly charges went up $60 for no reason after all of our furniture was stored and we were out of state. Our unit claimed to be “climate controlled” but come to find out the majority of our furniture was soaking wet and covered in black mold when we went to move out. Life Storage did nothing to accommodate us and would not prorate our month since we moved out early. I hope this helps the next person looking for a storage unit to keep anything of value in.
Great customer service all the time been renting my storage unit for the past year and transition to a new management has been great. Employees always go out the way keep up the great work young lady in the front desk is always helpful Ing everyone else that I have met so far in the Longwood storage facility
My experience has been that this company has unscrupulous practices. They lured me in with competitive rates, then doubled my rental fee after 4 months. I would NOT recommend them. Called back as a new customer and got a lower original rate on the unit. This isn't right, in my opinion.
I have several units with ExtraSpace Storage. Kerry, the store manager was exceptional. His leadership and dedication created a welcoming, organized, and efficient shopping environment. A true asset to the establishment. Will definitely recommend this facility. *5Stars*
Amanda and Kerry are both very nice and helpful. The reason I chose this business was the treatment I received. I like the personal touch. Amanda is super! Always friendly and cheerful!!
We had a blasting experience today with the Associate Manager Amanda Blackwell at the Longwood location!!!!! It was our 1st time renting a storage and she was simply extremely friendly, patient, she went through all the details and made sure we left with no questions at all. She knows everything about it and we felt so confident we were Choosing the best place to store our special things !

Amanda was a huge help when renting my storage unit. She went above and beyond, as I was arriving, she was heading to lunch but she was so sweet and stayed to help me. She was very thorough going over the important information of my contract. She answered all my questions and was super nice.
This is a nice, clean and secure facility. We've been here for about two years and we've never had a problem. Amanda is awesome too, she's very helpful and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommend! A+++++++
