Great service! Everything was very easy to navigate. Julianne and Katie were super nice and gave us water while unpacking on a hot day. Got the job done and made my moving process smooth!

Can’t get access to units due to construction in the back. Had to go through the front lobby and park inconveniently in the front to load boxes, 1x “manager” was working - said other manager quit and he just follows the rules, then he locked us into the storage facility as he left the lobby office we used to access the units! I called the emergency number to try to get a hold of someone who could help - he came back finally and said he had to fix a leak in the roof. They need more staff!!! Only 1x guy was working - he left at 2pm and there are no other employees on site. They need someone in the lobby at all times and another person monitoring and cleaning the facility. Hallway motion sensors didn't work today to light up a portion of storage hallways and units. They only have 8x carts for the entire storage facility and they are often all taken or locked up so you have to walk to the front and try to get someone’s attention. If life storage corporate is reading this… SOS… you need to fix issues here. Also. Signed up in Jan 2022 for a reasonable rate and they nearly doubled it 2x months later - asked manager to call me back more than 5x. No call. Life Storage - get a handle on your business!!

Julianna is super helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, she understands the customer needs and issues. Of all the 12 years I have Bern with this storage place, she is the best!
I stored here for three years during COVID. Any issues I had were handled promptly. During the time I was there a few items came up and the condition of the place was subpar but all that turned around when they hired Julianne, Jose and team! They brought this place up to the standards it should have been. I noticed a HUGE difference in the few months they have been there. They are by far the most professional and helpful team I had encountered. Keep up the good work and keep these people around Life Storage! They have truly changed my mind and I would come back in a great beat with them at the realm! The care they showed is first class. Bravo Team!

Wow! What a blessing it has been finding Life Storage in Costa Mesa ! Really , more than anything else, was the incredible service, ambiance, and overall care of the staff member Jose! Jose has been prompt , efficient, and helpful with anything I have thrown his way, which has been quite a bit. Jose truly has gone the extra mile for me and my fiance to have an unparalleled experience with our belongings now finally feeling safe , accessible, and my mind is at ease. Ill make it simple, this place went from a 5 star facility to a 1 star facility in the past 6 months, and I've been here multiple years. Grounds suck, elevators suck all 3 down at 1 time equipment to use sucks they dont have cart dollys anymore and 1/2 the employees suck.
If you wish to utilize your storage unit after the office is closed; you know, when normal people are not working, there are no roller carts available. They lock them up unless you wish to go there between 8 AM and 5 PM. It’s a horrible way to conduct business. Meanwhile, they’re spending millions of dollars to expand, and can’t take care of their paying customers. Not a great business model. We’re taking our business elsewhere, as nothing is more frustrating than showing up to unload your vehicle you spent packing only to realize, there’s no way to move your items in an efficient manner into your storage unit. That is, unless you like to carry one box at a time to the second floor on the opposite side of the building. No thanks.
