Best storage unit my Family and I ever counted on. Live right next door at the Manhattan High Rise. Walking my way to Life Storage is so easy for me, I could do that everyday if I need to get some belongings here! Mr. Duff is such a cool guy, keeping the place safe and sound!

Let me start by saying, this facility is immaculate! I am beyond impressed by not only the unit, but the customer service, as well. I've previously lost everything using another storage company, due to mold and water damage. So naturally, I was quite apprehensive about trusting my belongings to any storage company. Somehow, I knew my belongings would be in good hands from the moment I arrived at the facility. It was bright and clean, smelled fresh, and the unit I chose had ample space to safely store my items. The price was reasonable, and I caught them at a time when they were offering a discounted rate. With so many companies to choose from, it may seem hard to find one you can trust. Based on experience, I can tell you that you've found the right one here. Whether it's for short-term or long- term rental, I will not hesitate to use this facility again for my storage needs.
This place was phenomenal!! Mr. Duff The manager was amazing ! He was very knowledgeable and hospitable ! He helped me out with so much ! And I kind of feel sorry for the fellow because I had so many questions and he answered all them amazingly! This is the storage place you all should go to ; cheap , friendly , and clean !
Duff has been absolutely amazing!!!!! He has taken the time to walk me through all of my options, he had such patience with me, and he is so fun to chat with!! Would definitely recommend doing business with him!
