The place is clean, well maintained. The staff is great. The company is NOT to be trusted. Earlier this year I moved to a smaller unit because prices were increasing and I want it to keep it under $100. So I got a 12x5 unit with a monthly cost of $77. This past month they increased the price to $154. Almost 100% increase. Even the advertised prices are well below these numbers, beware: a few months after you move in, they will increase your price. I'll be shopping for other storage places in the area. Definitely not a company you can trust.

Ashley was such a great help! She was so nice and had great service. I lost both of the keys to my lock. I was worried I would have to wait a couple of days to get access to my storage but she solved my problem quick and efficiently!
Life storage is fantastic. Super safe area with a locked entrance as well so you feel reassured that your stuff is safe! We used them for about 2-3 months while we were out of the country. Easy set up & Cancellation. Would definitely use again if we needed to.
The service center is very kind and helpful. I didn’t have any problems with them in any way. I had tried other companies but life storage has good services and practices and its facilities are great.
The units are very clean and the office ataff is friendly- the units are easy to find/navigate and indoors is air conditioned. However, I moved my stuff out today because they were taken over by another company who sent me a notice that my rent would DOUBLE October 1. This was not a close location to where I am living so this was not feasible. Also, the security gate has been broken for the past 2-3 weeks - it was actually left open for awhile last week and when we got there today had to enter via the exit gate. Finally, I was charged yesterday for the entite month of September’s rent yet I moved out on 9/2 with no refund. So, while Life Storage owned the place it was great, but I have a feeling that the new owner’s changes are going to lose customers. I saw three other people moving their stuff out while I was there this morning.

Danielle was absolutely amazing! She really took concern and consideration to the next level! Prices are what they are. But she was definitely a wonderful help. Very knowledgeable and sympathetic towards our situation. Already a loyal member!
We've used this Life Storage for several years, and when we wanted to switch units, Ashley helped us do it on the same day! Great service...thanks!!!
