This wasn't my first time using Life Storage of East Windsor and it definitely won't be my last. They always have such wonderful people with amazing customer service. Julie and Evan are the most kindhearted duo you'll ever meet. Evan's pleasant voice doesn't scare you to pieces when he calls to give you a reminder if you're past due with a payment. Julie is a sweetheart! I could just have a conversation with her about anything because she listens. I highly recommend Life Storage of East Windsor for great service and meeting great people.
First I want to say the people who you greet when you walk in to any Buisness. They represent that Buisness. Julie Wodtke the store Manager of this store is so nice and very informative. Straight forward bi hidden costs. Julie just makes it a easy sale . Clean operation and no gimmicks. I mentioned that I need a lick for the door. I thought I had to automatically pay extra for the Lock. No Julie says I will give you one at no cost. Julie says customers sometimes returns the old lock and keys because the cannot use it for anything else. That alone on top of her just being a great human being,explaining everything to me . Hands down Life Storage has a nice convenient buisness. But what makes it a great Buisness to do Buisness with is Julie Wodtke the Store Manager . It is well worth using this Buisness for your storage needs. Especially when dealing with Julie Wodtke. That's why I gave a 5

We stored our personal effects here for several years and we were very pleased with the facility and the service. We highly recommend Life Storage.
I just realized that the rent for my unit has almost doubled. 4 years ago, Susan, the assistant manager was very caring and energetic. One day, she even came to my unit to pick me up. Susan also understood customer needs, then offered customized solutions. The facility was very clean. Both staff ladies were very helpful.
I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the East Windsor Store Manager - Julie Wodtke. I walked into the office on a very tight schedule of only having 15mins. of time on my hands. I needed to secure a storage unit with a lock and insurance. I asked if she could get in done within 15mins, she said no problem and off she went. She not only secured a unit, lock, insurance, gave me detailed information, found me the best rates and she also drove me to my unit to show me how to use the lock!!! All within 15mins! Excellent service
Julie?? Last name..not sure...but she was highly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the questions and concerns I had about storage. She made me feel at ease and I felt very welcome and comfortable....which is way more than I can say about other storage facilities.
Wonderful staff. Last week, I was helped in placing a hold over the phone to secure a unit that had a special on it. Today I was assisted by a very nice gentleman named Howard. He walked me through all the paperwork, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. I appreciate this kind of customer service, it's oftentimes very hard to find nowadays when everything seems so rushed. Will definitely recommend!
Customer service was very helpful . Evan and Julie made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend East Windsor Life Storage to anyone looking for a storage service .
