I just got to say Wow! I had read the reviews about Paul and was a bit skeptic but his Customer service was Outstanding i ended up getting something bigger, Paul took the time to explain into detail any question i had. Best Customer Service ever!!

Awesome as always. My wife took sick in October. Paul has been awesome in working with me as I juggle bills, always being sure to take the time to communicate with me and work out getting the bill paid. Can't recommend this place enough!
2021 sold my house and moved into a apartment. I couldn’t fit everything In the apartment so rented a storage here. I trusted these guys with my stuff. My storage was broken into 2 times, for only the manager to say make a police report. It’s so sadden to see all my belongings all over the place out of boxes all my kids expensive things are gone these people even took boxes of shoes & clothes. These people have cameras and alarm how could this happen to us. It’s so heart breaking cause we have to start from scratch with everything we work so hard for. I have a family of six that I have to start all over for I’m just hurt
We sold our home to travel in our RV a couple of years & wanted to store our 2nd vehicle. Paul, manager, visited with us in person & several times over the phone. He actually held a garage unit several weeks until we were ready! Today we completed all the paperwork, set us up for monthly payments & stored the vehicle. Paul was most professional & knowledgeable! Recommended storing with Paul!!!
Me and my homies stored here for a while it's pretty good.
This storage chain nickel and dime their loyal customers. Life Choice storage raised my monthly rate "twice" in less than 6 months! Plus, they tripled their late fees and to avoid having late fees you have to either allow them to do automatic withdrawals or pay in person. If you opt for paying online you can and will be denied random access to your account and receive messages stating "Your information is being update". Next they will be charging their customers an access fee every time you enter your storage unit. Recommend not using this storage chain.
