I recommend this office and this doctor to everyone. I wish my husband could go! I'm a co-morbidity. Dr. listens to my concerns. She thinks outside the normal medicine box. Her treatments help you from being a chronic patient, which is fabulous when you have chronic illness that cannot be fixed. They have the innovative sound frequency Votiva that rejuvenates your undercarriage. It works! No hormones, not surgery. A miracle for postmenopausal women. Why don't more doctors do it? Because it stops women from being patients. Dr. Oheron helps people get better.
I checked this place out as I was tired of the womens medical center in tyrone’s flakiness and inability to answer the phone and let me say, BEST CHOICE EVER! They are welcoming to new patients and let you leave without any questions on your mind! I actually had an incident where I was lightheaded during some bloodwork and they INSTANTLY had two juice packs and crackers for me and let me take my time to get back to myself. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. I’m so very thankful for Lifeboat and everyone here. I highly recommend all women come here!
My family and I have been attending-receiving medical services from Lifeboat for over 10yrs now. They are thorough, consistent , and has a very homey feeling . I highly recommend them!!
Dr. O'Heron's staff is friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to thoroughly review one's medical history and needs.
Wonderful experience, virtually no wait, friendly staff, gave an EKG as part of physical! Checked your insurance before they submitted lab work to make sure I knew I would have to pay out of pocket if some tests were done! Excellent experience! Never had a doctor’s office do that before! It saved me from a surprise $90 fee!!! Also, apparently EKG’s are recommended and covered by insurance after 50 years of age but no previous doctors office included them in my physical.
Dr. O’Heron is a child. She threw a grown up temper tantrum because she was called out for being 2 hours late for an appointment. I don’t care if you’re a private practice. You need to be more respectful of people’s time. And you need to be aware of what is going on at your facility. This office is trash. Don’t waste your time here. *Edit: they are asking me to call, but I guess are unable to check their records and see I am no longer a patient and exactly why. I filed a medical board complaint against Dr. Sara and have no regrets about it. The office should probably be reported to the BBB as well. Just read what everyone else keeps saying about Dr. Sara. She’s horrible, and the staff don’t care. Thankful every day that I found a different gynecologist!
Dr. O’Heron is perfect. My children have been under her direct care for several years! We wouldn’t consider any other local practice in the area because of the quality care we receive at Lifeboat. She loves my little family. And we adore her. Dr. Sara, really is THE BEST in Peachtree City.
Dr. Sara O’Heron is very experienced and good at what she does. The office is very well equipped and the front office staff has improved drastically from last year. They answer their phones and are very helpful.
I’ve been a patient since 2005. I’m loyal to a fault. I went for my annual exam in September, during the appointment they saw some abnormalities, where they wanted me to have a mammogram completed earlier than December normal mammogram. It is now November & I still do not have results. This is absolutely insane to have a patient wait for this amount of time considering all that could be involved. I’ve waited to write this review because again I’m loyal to a fault. But at this point I can go get one without a doctor authorization because it’ll be my annual in a few weeks. I’m beyond frustrated and sad that this is the treatment a loyal patient receives after 15+ years.
I have been going to Dr O Heron since 2006 and I drive almost 1 - 1.5 hours just to see her. She is by far the best primary care physician I have ever called on as a former rep and the one that is most caring and who treats based on empirical medicine and diagnostically driven. Dr O also helped my daughter and continues to treat her from pediatrics into adulthood. THANK YOU!
