Today was my first time here and I wish I had come to this office sooner!!! The doctor and the staff are the SWEETEST and VERY COMPASSIONATE! I felt very comfortable and felt like they actually cared.
Nicole is the best provider along with the girls up front. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I recommend making appointments with her! Thanks Nicole!
Staff at PC are friendly and attentive. Comfortable with the level of care . Two major complaints: They have a call center where an employee calls non-stop to see how your doing. Call at non convenient times. Very pushy. Hard to understand . I wish this act of caring would stop. My rating would be a high 5. This is very very annoying. They are very slow at PC office. When I need to speak with someone at the Office, I'm waiting days. For example a mammogram referral, etc. I'm still waiting for a mammogram order. This seems very long to get one over a week.
Easy to make an appointment and not too long of a wait when you make it there. Front desk administrator isn't the friendliest but she's never came off rude, which is a plus. The NPs are friendly and explains things clearly if you ask something. I'd recommend giving them a try. Only complaint I have is they switch their NPs between facilities instead of keeping them at 1. I like to keep the same pcp and every time I've been here I've seen a different person.
My daughter and I have been coming here since 2018. We absolutely LOVE IT!!! They always take such good care of us and are very thorough when we come in even as a walk in and we never wait too long to be seen. It’s great that my daughter and I are able to have not only the same doctors office but also the same doctor Martha Caldwell. Eleonora is awesome making sure we have everything we need from check in to check out and the nurses are equally great especially when it comes to my little one cause she is a fighter when it comes to doctors lol I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care and compassion that they give each and every time we come in. Thank you all so much your all rockstars!!!!
Nice and friendly doctors and nurses here as well as the Lilburn location.. I don't feel rushed while being seen. The facility is clean and well kept, I would recommend this practice to pretty much anyone. I also feel a sense of comfort here at this particular location it's spacious and I have 2 small children that I sometimes have to bring them with me but it's very accommodating. A very welcoming and relaxed environment to say the least.
Best local medical clinic I have used in my life. They called me to ask if I wanted the COVID-19 vaccine, which blew me away. So I didn't have to drive for hours or chase an appointment to get it. Cleanest medical facility I've ever patronized. I don't think I've ever visited where there were more than a couple of other people in the waiting room. And Lifeline has performed tests on me that other, much larger, and better known medical clinics didn't bother to do. Lifeline gets my highest recommendation.
I didn't read the reviews for this place before I went but apparently this is a problem at this place. I went to go visit this place because I was feeling some pretty bad pain under my right rib and the doctor I saw was very helpful with the situation and very nice to talk to about it and she asked if I would want to have a physical next week and I hadn't had a physical in almost a decade so I said sure why not. She prescribed some pills to me and within a couple days the pain went away. So the doctor was great and I don't think she was the problem. The problem was that a month after my visits I got two bills in the mail over $500 from Lab Corp. I went back there to ask why I was getting billed this when they said my insurance was suppose to cover this and they said it was because they screwed up on the coding for billing and put that both of my tests were for non-medical reasons. WHY WOULD I GET TESTED BY A PHYSICIAN FOR NON-MEDICAL REASONS?!?!?!? They said I would have to contact my insurance to get it fixed and they were able to switch the coding to medical and payed for most of it but I still had to pay $175 of it. It's kind of a shame because I really did like the doctor I saw but who ever is putting their codes in needs to be replaced or told they seriously need to improve their job since this seems to happen often at this place. At the very least the patients should be told what their visit is going to cost them and not all of the sudden get a $500 bill in the mail. EDIT: Going to improve my review slightly because they called me and said that there was an error when they sent the coding to my insurance and that they were sorry about it. I respect that they acknowledged there was problem and appreciate them for addressing the issue.
my experience there was what i had prayed for. my Doctor is very kind and listens to what i have to say. their whole staff is so nice. i thank God for them!
Dr is very efficient and kind. I didn't feel rushed. She explained everything clearly. I was listened to concerns about my health. Office staff has excellent customer service
