Went in for fillings. Was told to expect a $95 bill, ended with an almost $300 bill. They said I needed fillings- those 3 teeth never bothered me but I trusted them, now my bite is off due to the fillings being too high, can’t floss those back teeth without bad pain and can barely chew on that side ….. so I paid $300 to have teeth “fixed” that never bothered me to be in pain ‍ Dentist was friendly. Assistant not so much.
The dentist broke my tooth doing a root canal on a bridge tooth, I was sent there by my dentist because of there top line equipment. The next day half of my tooth fell out, when I went in to tell the dentist, he only came in for a second and when I told him why both went out and only the Hygienist came back in and tried to get me to say it was my fault, first saying it's not even close to where he worked! It's that tooth! always remember you are being recorded !!!! She said you probably eat something hard, you probably grind your teeth, you chewed on something... then told me I need to make a appointment to have all me bridge redone and it would cost like 7,000! She knew nothing about me or my teeth! First of all I would only need that one side fixed. then she wispered in my ear recoring if you just cleaned your teeth it wouldn't get infected, WHAT? I have my teeth cleaned 2 or three times a year but this work was over 25 years ago and regular xrays don't see through my material teeth are made of. Thats why I was there, She continued to be really rude saying lots of hurtful and personal things ! I now live with my front tooth that I had my house remortgaged to pay for, broken. They refuse to do anything unless I pay!
I had a tooth pulled here today and they were absolutely wonderful! The staff are so nice. The Dr I had talked through each step and making sure I was okay!! I love that. They really made me feel comfortable and I don't usually get comfortable. I was very impressed and will be coming back for any kind of dental work. Lynn one of the ladies that takes care of scheduling is amazing and such a sweet lady.
Great dentist, was given a gift bag as a new patient with a free mug!! Kind and courteous as well!
I used to wait on Dr arms at the bank many years ago and he was so nice. That made me decide to go to his office. Everyone is always very helpful and kind. My last visit with Tech Becky was beyond great. She was so kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I have a slight phobia regarding my teeth being worked on and she completely put me at ease. I look forward to my little one going to her because I saw how amazing she was with a younger patient. I always, and have been for years, recommended Lifesmiles.
Made my denture to big now I have no top teeth as they say I need to make another denture at my cost left shards of teeth in mouth so ever day it swells worst dental place I've ever been out 3000. Now in pain waiting for new place to get me in to remove shards in July
I have been a patient at Life Smiles for about 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences! The staff is all very helpful and kind. Dr. Arms is so gentle and calming during his treatments and the dental hygienists are always so nice!
LifeSmiles Dentistry in Cadillac, Michigan is the Best place to have your needs met. I never dreamt I could have such beautiful teeth. The whole team worked together to make sure my transformation went smoothly and pain free. I received 13 crowns, yeah - 13 frontal teeth, in one day. I went home that day with temporary crowns and back for the new permanent crowns a few weeks later. I LOVE my new smile. There is a special place in my heart for the wonderful people that work at LifeSmiles. I have referred many people to them because I feel so grateful to them for the time and care they gave me.
I have had such a great experience starting at LifeSmiles a year ago! Everyone is so nice and make you feel welcome. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and listen to any concerns or questions and explain everything well. Highly recommend!
It was my first time there and everyone was so friendly! They were all so helpful when it came to insurance troubles, all of the many questions I had about what they were doing and what different things were and meant. I’ve never particularly liked going to the dentist, but they made my experience so much better! Would highly recommend to anyone!
