Yesterday I got my nails done here for the first time and left the salon crying. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and I left astonished at how badly my nails came out. My toes were cut and filed at an angle and the nail polish didn't cover my entire nail on some of my toes. My toes were filed in a way to make them oval, which I never wanted or asked for. I didn’t notice how uneven my toes looked until after it was done. When it came time to do my nails, it was barely even filed, leaving me with an uneven nail shape and length and my cuticles weren’t pushed down/cleaned sufficiently. The nail polish was also being applied far away from my cuticle and the side my nails. I asked the technician to please go down all the way to my cuticle and cover the side of my nails and would correct her throughout the appointment but still left with my nails insufficiently painted. This experience was probably the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon and I really wanted to get my nails done for my upcoming PTO for the holidays but just left in tears.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Hiu was great. Able to recommend a different color based on my nail length, made my dip powder look really natural. They were also understanding of me missing my appt the day prior due to illness.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Mr Hieu did an amazing job! I’m usually really picky with who does my nails because they are naturally long and i take very good care or them. He took great care of them and executed the picture i showed to perfection. So happy i found him because i will coming back on the regular!!!Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Sadly I have to revise my earlier 5-star review of this place down to two stars. We visited again yesterday, and the owner herself did my mani pedi, and it wasn't nearly as good as the first services I received there. She rushed through it as quickly as she possibly could. The "manicure" took about 4 minutes.  There was old gel polish on my nails, which she used a rough file to remove. Now I can see the rough file marks through the polish on my fingernails. Why not use polish remover? For my toes, she filed them so roughly that I pulled away and said "it feels like you're filing my toe".  She said this was due to the shape of my nail and that I am sensitive. I've never had a nail technician file my toe before. Today I can't wear my shoes because my the skin on my toe is abraded. She took several phone calls while she was doing my pedicure, and then she rushed through my friend's services as well.

We had a wonderful experience!! I brought my daughter and her friend and they staff was really nice. They made us feel really comfortable and were very sweet. I also got my nails done and they stayed open late to finish. We have found our new go to salon!

Unprofessional, unwelcoming and very odd environment. Had scheduled 2 appointments over the phone with someone who barely spoke English. Showed up on time with mom for 2 pedicures. Upon arrival, noticed that all technicians were already busy so there was no one at the front to even greet us. 5 min later we were escorted to the pedicure chairs where we were sitting for 30 min soaking our feet without anyone coming over, asking if we would like water or at least letting us know when our scheduled appointment will actually start. After 30 min, we just got up and left. I was a customer of this salon for the last 5 yrs and it had gone downhill really quickly with high turnover in staff and very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Don’t waste your time on this place if you want attention, quality or pampering.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I needed my nails done for a wedding and Oanh did an amazinggggg job! I couldn’t be happier. She made my vision a reality. Thank you Oanh for your kindness, professionalism, patience and talent. I’ll definitely be back to her in the future!

I have been on a long search for a nail stylist that does it all and found it here.  Mr Hieu took his time, explained his process, and provided a overall great service. I also appreciate when I had some confusion of color choice he showed me what the design would look like on a sample nail and made sure I liked it before starting. Which doesn’t always happen as some nail artists wait until the color and design is already on your nails. I have received many compliments on my nails and will definitely be a returning customer. I got the design, color, and shape I wanted!!Services:&nbsp;Nail art
