I'm Pamela, I'm in my 60's and I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer (2012), a certified Health Coach (2013), certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (2015), certified Sports Nutrition for Health & Performance (2015) and Weight Management Specialist (2016).
After dealing with several debilitating diagnosis (arthritis, myofascial pain disorder and functional scoliosis) I was determined to overcome these issues with a fitness and nutrition regime and I succeeded!
