Hank is a very caring man and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why.. We had a warm outlet that made one not work and the others starting to get warm. He saved us from disaster. He also looked at an outlet in our kitchen that did not wk since we moved in in 2001 and it was wired opposite of what it should of been. So now that outlet is up and running.. Very reasonable also..
