Idk if it's the "service " I used is going to work, but the customer service and the ladies are definitely A-1! Ashley, thank you so much for your knowledge and care. The treatment was relaxing and satisfying. More therapeutic for me than anything! I enjoyed the quiet time and cool blue shades. &lt; I also added a little meditation vibrations sounds. Relaxing! The treatment was absolutely painless!   Good customer service is always #1 in my book. I'll keep you all posted on my results. Blessings

I have not had my 1st appointment yet, but I feel so good about my initial encounter, it didn't take long for me to make the decision to have treatments there! Sam is awesome and I was really put at ease and made comfortable with her. She was very kind and personable!

I would never recommend LightRx. No results at all. Very unhappy with the results. But, they refuse to cancel the monthly $25 per month membership fee. I had to call the bank and put a stop payment. At no point did they tell me  I could not cancel my membership. I did not sign any membership agreement. They just charged my account and said you’re good to go. I have had other issues and choose to cancel all treatments of any kind regarding any of their services.

Everyone is super nice and friendly . Treatments worked so much I saw the difference as fast as 1 month in my process. I love the treatments and I will be returning as soon as I can. Also they work with payments which was amazing and a great advantage for me   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Service:&nbsp;Body contouring

I previously left a negative review from my experience. There was an issue that I had and I received a call from a VP by the name of Tony. He called me to attempt to address the issue. He was apologetic which is what I didn't get originally and he offered me 3 complimentary treatments. I manage a call center for a very large organization. I understand things happen, which may result in an unexpected result. I'm a reasonable person and I just expect for someone to apologize and try their best to rectify the problem. I appreciate Tony calling me to listen to my issue and try his best to provide a resolution. I am satisfied with the final outcome.Service:&nbsp;Liposuction
