Great experience ordering a sofa with Millesime. I shared photos of my living space, and they sent over a number of different fabric samples and combinations. The fabrics and colors I ended up with feel like they were made for my room. They would send regular and unsolicited updates about the progress of the manufacture and estimated wait; which was a pleasant surprise given my experience with some other area furniture dealers.
The staff and store were nice. However they don't offer financing I guess people have $1000+ to casually spend on chairs? and there wasn't much of a product guide. Like it's great a person can show me how things work, but maybe print a manual out too? The Herman Miller chairs I tried also weren't labeled very well. Some had extra add ons and others were just the base model, but I didn't see anything stating what chair had what features. Add product guides, making financing an option, and better label your items and my review would jump to five stars.
Furnitures were great, but staffs were not friendly. They asked us to take off our new plastic gloves and threw it away before go into the stores, and even can’t stop laughing at us. It was such a impolite manner and really unacceptable for me. In this serious COVID-19 pandemic, maybe everyone should know how to respect and protect each other.
Very pleased we found this store. The sales associates are very knowledgeable on product. The furniture is beautiful. They provide a very attentive and pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended.
Fabulous shopping with great style. Bright sales consultants who think out of the box which produces amazing results for every day living.
A great resource for the Philadelphia region.
Very helpful and friendly.
