Lil' Red barn is a locally owned and operated by small engine enthusiast Lee Smith. We have factory trained certified technicians who work quickly to repair your equipment. We specialize in SCAG, Husqvarna, Jonsered, among the wide variety of mowers, chainsaws, and other lawn & garden equipment. Our chainsaw parts are made to Lee's specifications for performance and durability including our own brand of pistons, bars, and cylinders. I would avoid this place like the plague. We dropped our mower off a week and a half ago, and it took four phone calls to get them to answer three days ago. The gentleman said that they would make it a priority. I tried calling 3 times today, and there was flat out no answer. I went down and picked it up so I can get it somewhere else. They also just left it sitting outside to get rained on, under no cover at all.
If you need your stuff back in a timely manner, I would look elsewhere. They didn't even get to my mower and they had it for 2 weeks.
Went to multiple places trying find a part for my riding mower Kohler 7000 engine. Heard of this place from two separate people. Went there today, quick friendly service and they had my part. This will be my go to spot for all my power equipment needs from here out.
What an inventory and knowledgeable shop they have! I only wanted right away a used lawnmower as mine overheated and failed in this hot 90+ weather. And plan to do more business there again in the not too distant future. The mgmt even went out of hisvway to teach me a unique starting method in case of problems too! The product operates just great and I was surprised to find it had manual controlled self driven forward and reverse control making my mowing even esier which was unexpected! Must be a great place for yard equipment, part, service and repairs at reasonable rates, including mowers with Toro power trains other area maint shops won't touch!
Got the parts damaged when for a teturn on ebay,they talked me out of it told me they would replace it I waited nothing they ran the tim out on the money back through ebay BE CAREFUL
Lots of lies. No customer service at all. If you leave something to repair make sure you have patient to leave it there for a year for repair. And when you call you will get an disrespectful employee and tell you if you have any patience.
Today was my son and I’s first time at little red barn. We had 2 saws we wanted to get repaired. First we decided to look at there inventory. We found a tachometer we liked. We asked a young gentleman the price on the item. He said he didn’t know and walked right out the door. So we asked the other young gentleman the price on the tachometer. He said the price should be on the item. We told him the price was not on the item. He said well I don’t have a clue, and turned his back on us. This was very unprofessional. My family has done business there for sometime now. But after today’s incident, my family and I will be taking our business where it’s valued and appreciated.
Gave us the wrong bar and chain. Had to drive 61 miles again one way to get the correct one replaced. Staff not knowledgeable about products.
They leave your lawnmower out in the rain to rust, never call you or return your calls or emails and do not work on your lawnmower, but they do tell you how much you owe them if you come by to ask after 6 weeks.
They sell you a part after you give them a product number and tell you its the right part, but when you get home and it doesnt fit they refuse to take it back. Place is a dump ran by retards
