Boarding dogs were left with a single teenager who was in charge of over 20 dogs by herself at one point 30+ dogs. Many of them were the owner's own dogs including a blind schnauzer who she left in crates because the garage where she kept them only had 17 kennels which were for customer's dogs. Her dogs got depressed some even stopped eating because they went months without seeing her, meanwhile she took her one of her dogs home with her. Not to mention she took in multiple dogs with the intentions of rehoming them, who also stayed in crates. She even took in dogs who were dog aggressive and refused to foster them out or send them to a proper shelter where they could receive regular vet care and have a chance at being adopted out. She had only two employees working with the boarding dogs even tho she advertised 24hour care and no one stayed with them at night. She would charge extra for "daycare" which was just letting your dogs out with other dogs even tho that's exactly what happened even if you didn't pay for daycare. She once boarded a liter of puppies who were not even vaccinated not old enough and kept the entire liter plus mom in a kennel made for a single dog. She continuously allowed one customer to keep bringing a dog in for "daycare" to socialize the dog knowing full well that the dog would be staying in a kennel all day because he didn't get along well with others. In a couple of these pictures you can see a couple of the crates where her dogs were kept, but these were not taken during a time it was busy. When it was busy, she could have up to 10 crates out at a time. She's a decent groomer. She's a HORRIBLE pet owner, HORRIBLE business owner, and HORRIBLE boss.
It's really awesome knowing your baby is going to be in good hands. When they are not in yours. He has special conditions that never arise when he's here. AND...... Oh my goodness he looks outstanding!! This is my 3rd dog they have taken exceptional care of! Thank you all!
Grooming was rushed. Owner was hateful. Everything is overpriced. When I showed up she yanked my clearly scared dog around on a slip lead around his neck. When I asked for the leash and collar I brought in with him she rolled her eyes and told her receptionist to deal with me. They never gave it back to me.
Cares for all the dogs like they are there own . They are very clean and great to there co workers !!! The dogs love playing with each other and always fun out there energy and they are great animals ! Tiffany is a great boss ! Very understanding and always there for you when you need someone to talk to . She understands we're all human and have our problems and works around us . She has the biggest heart and very respectful and takes great care of her co-workers. The dogs are treated as they are her own and the staff is great 10/10 !!! After your dog gets groomed you have a choice for your fur baby to go to daycare and run around and have fun.
My 12 yr old Milton comes here for a full body shave, bath and nail trim. Today I dropped him off at 9am and he was ready for pickup at noon! They know it is harder on the older dogs to stay at the spa all day, so they worked their magic and got it done in record time. I am very satisfied with his cut and their prices asked for services offered. Tiffany, Eric and Lexi work so well together and the salon's new look is really pretty. We love it here!
Unprofessional and unfriendly. I have taken my dog three times now. After the first time she was terrified when I took her back, shaking all over and trying to run out. I thought it might have just been the noise. The ladies up front were cold and unfriendly with both me and my dog. They didn’t acknowledge or greet her. No attempt to make her feel safe or comfortable. I paid extra to have her nails smoothed down, but when she came home they were so sharp they cut me and my daughter. I contacted them and asked if I could bring her back. They said to bring her the next morning. I let them know that time didn’t work for me because I would be at work, and asked about another day. I never heard back from them. They also told me I needed to take her to the vet because she had an ear infection. I took her, and was told there was no infection. More money spent for no reason. I tried taking her back today for her Summer cut. Made an appointment on their Facebook page. Got up and took her in only for them to tell me she doesn’t have an appointment. I was never contacted saying they couldn’t see her. They gave no apology for the mix up or lack of communication. The lady was rude and didn’t attempt to set it straight or make another appointment. I’ve never taken our pup anywhere else, but I will be moving forward. Every time we go they are grumpy and unfriendly and the place is filled with dogs that are crying and whining. Maybe this is normal, but it just feels so unsettling and like it isn’t a friendly place to leave your dog. They charge almost double what other places charge, and put in less effort.
Took our 2 pups to get their "hairs did" and had them deshed our golden.... She came back gorgeous. The staff is friendly and the store was clean and tidy. The prices were comparable to other places. I'll be bringing them back.
